Is this version safe? B324 really sucks up my data allowance and battery.

I'm on B145 KitKat and want to get to B331 Lolipop.
My idea is that I go from B145 to B324 then go from B324 to B331 using the OTA update and not the full B331 firmware. Or should I update from B324 to B331 using the full firmware update instead of the OTA update? Or is there a better way to do this.
I've recently updated from B128 to B145 and battery life is terrible and I have heard battery life is pretty great on B331. Any help is greatly appreciated!

Only mt7 l09 stock with locked bootloader without root , install b324 and then installs the B331 OTA ZIP ( if motion controls do not appear , install the b300 and cust update, and then install b324 and b331 OTA ZIP)

Tips to update from B137 to Lollipop. How to do?

I'm on B137 KitKat and want to get to latest Lolipop. I'm a newbie and any help is greatly appreciated!

Unzip folder and put UPDATE.APP file into "dload" folder on micro sd card (main directory).
Power off the phone, insert the micro card and switch on. From "Updater" to "Local Update" and GO!
If the phone work smooth, do not make factory reset.
It is better to apply the full update package for LP to KK B145 or other KK versions instead of using an incremental one. LP B331 is for eu and B326 for Middle models. I have tried almost all the roms that Huawei has released except the ones for China. I have a Middle East model and MM B511 seems to be the best for me. If you have an unmodified MT7-L09 with KK, then first do a local update to LP B326 or B331, using the full update, and then again do a local update to MM B511 or B513. B511 for B326 and B513 for B331. You will loose your personal data while upgrading from KK to LP, however there is no data loss when upgrading from LP B326 to MM B511, or B331 to B513. If you prefer to stay on LP then both B331 and B326 and stable and good roms. The key is to get to KK first and then upgrade to LP using the full update rather than using an incremental one. All the files I have listed can be downloaded from the below thread.

Can some one tell me about shifting from MT7-TL10 version B324 to B326 is possible or not, if yes what are the precautions?
Furthermore I've got two firmware for MT7-TL10 B326 one is about 1.06 gb and other is 1.18 gb and both are from the official download center which one is the best for Pakistan region and upgrade to marshmallow.

Hi there, I am a proud owner of a mate 7 and I've successfully update my phone to b329 firmware but I have a doubt... I want to update again to marshmallow but how can I do it? When I update to lollipop I think a flash my cell with an African firmware (b329) but I am in Europe ... Can I roll back to original firmware and then flash Europe firmware? Or is any way to update from b329 to b511? Thanks in advance
Yes you can flash b331 on b329 or if you want you can back to kk and then update to eu firmware

If you have the Mate 7 TL10 version (dual SIM), there is high probability updating directly from b329 to b511 will cause bootloop. Better rollback to Kitkat first using rollback package (C900B300). From C900B300, install full KitKat firmware (C00B130). From C00B130, install lollipop C900B326. Lastly, from C900B326, install marshmallow B511 beta.
Again, I am assuming you have a Mate 7 TL10 (dual SIM) international version. DO NOT USE the procedure above if you do not have a Mate 7 TL10 model.

Thanks for the answer but I forgot to mention that my mate 7 is the L09 (single sim) version...
Do it that same as tl10 because we can downgrade to kk but b137sp03 with downgrade pack for l09

I believe the b331 is based on b320 Chinese version of the AL10 variant , so presumably it is more cabable !
dont get mixed up!
current chinese stock roms are B321, B323 and B331 (AL10)
most current international stock rom is B320 (L29 / L09)
all custom roms like kangvip or twisted mate are based on chinese AL10 stock firmwares.

yes, but best to do everything in one swoop without rebooting. flash rom, flash twrp for emui 4.1, flash supersu, only then do a reboot...
should work that way, but no warranties though!
