Important note: All the passwords enter are recorded in the data base after being coded with the most widely known 256 bit AES algorithm by a main password you are going to determine. Hence, nobody can access your data unless he knows this password, even the person who coded the application.

Whatever your photo subject, Paper Pusher lets you privately link with your family and friends and then share your pictures directly to their lock screen or home screen.
And Paper Pusher takes a privacy-first approach: No account needed, end-to-end encryption, no ads.
How does it work?
First, you download the app.
Then you generate a short linking code and send it to someone who wants to see your photos automatically.
They accept the linking, and now your two devices can securely communicate. They select their Lock Screen and/or Home Screen for your photos to appear on.
Repeat for as many recipients as you want to add – and the first couple are free!
When you want to send a photo, just pick one from your phone, select as many recipients as you want, and send away!
Within seconds, the photo will appear on their device.
Now keep those baby pics flowing – you know the grandparents would love a new one to be there automatically every time they pick up their phone!
The recipient’s app remembers the most recent photos, but eventually cleans up old ones unless they select to save the picture outside of the app to their device storage.

There is no account needed to use the app – we do not collect any personal or contact information about you.
The linking process sets up an encrypted pairing with the other device. Your photo is encrypted on your device so that it can only be decrypted by the selected recipient(s). Even we, the app-makers, can’t see the contents of your photos as they briefly flow across our servers. Of course, the recipient can save or re-share your photo – and remember, it can be displayed on the lock screen to anyone who picks up their phone.
No ads – the app doesn’t show you ads, and doesn’t mine your data for marketing deals. The app uses Google Firebase Analytics for the most basic, anonymized reporting of app usage to make sure we’re doing things right, but we don't share or sell this info.
What’s the cost?
Basic usage is free! We might need to tweak the numbers over time to balance server costs, but right now 2 linkings and 2 sends-per-day are free.
If you like Paper Pusher enough to use it more than that, Premium gets the limit out of your way for just $2/month.
Premium subscriptions are the only revenue the app raises, while most apps focus on ads and selling what they know about you. Your privacy is worth that much, right?
Tech details for the curious
The linking process creates a unique RSA keypair nin the Android KeyStore unique to just that linking.
Sending a photo encrypts it with AES on your device, then encrypts the AES key with the public key of each recipient.
The encrypted photo and encrypted keys are sent to our server.
The recipient downloads the photo and key, decrypts the key, and uses that to decrypt the photo.
When all recipients have downloaded the photo, usually within seconds, it is deleted from the server.
When you delete a linking, its data is deleted from the server.
If either device has been offline for 34 days, its linkings and other information are deleted from the server and the linked device.

I love the idea. One little suggestion is to focus a little on UI and offer more than 2 recipients for free (at least in the early stage of the product) so you can make a little fan base.

Do you have feedback on what kind of UI changes you'd like? Is it along the lines of (a) a graphic designer doing theme/skin work to make it look prettier, or (b) changing the flow of the app and the contents of the screens so that it's easier to use?
The design goal here is big, simple buttons that are approachable for the "grandparents" generation who might not be expert at using apps.
I do also want to find a balance between having the free app feel useful, without destroying the potential business model by giving too much away that even heavy users don't feel inclined to subscribe.
