I was doing everything ok but always geting an error telling that I needed a Vmall account or something similar.
Finally the solution was in your video: using a facebook acount instead a vmall account !!

You can get official unlock from MS - like registered developer or student...
Yes for 175$. I would rather prefer to drop it to the sea i give max 20$
If you have a .edu email address you can get a developer account, and thus a dev unlock, for free. That's what I did.
I am student but my university does not provide me en .edu email account any better solution ?

Dreamspark doesn't require a .edu email address.
It requires an approved university email address.
For example any @uniroma2.it address works in Dreamspark, where uniroma2 is the domain of my university.

Has the uni provided you with any e-mail address at all?
For instance, I work at a college and they provide me with a .ac.uk address and that worked for dreamspark

You can only side load 3 apps with student account though till we are blessed with interop exploit.

Search for Dreamspark. That's what the program is called: Microsoft Dreamspark.
I think it is as simple as Dreamspark.com or something. I don't recall perfectly.

First step : http://create.msdn.com/en-us/home/membership (apphub)
During the procedure you must specify you are a student and you want to use a dreamspark account
Second step : following the apphub istruction you should open dreamspark (https://www.dreamspark.com/). There you must registrate using your university address.
Third step : complete the apphub registration using the dreamspark account
Forth step : you must add your device in the appabb among the device you want to unlock
Fifth step : you must install Windows Phone Tools (7.1 is the current version)
Last step : use the registration tool.
Remember to use the thank button xD

I used the "Window Phone Developer Registration" Tool and registered my phone. It successfully registered it but is still NOT unlocked... any idea?
I'm assuming the above step is for the SIM unlocked ??? or is it just Dev Unlocked?

Why would you assume that a "Developer Registration" tool would SIM-unlock a phone? It's a tool for developers, who need to install XAP files. It's a dev-unlock, nothing more. SIM-unlock is completely unrelated to dev-unlock.

maybe if someone has it can just tell us what device is it compatible with..
I have an older version that doesn't work..
It shows that app is compatible only with Android 2.2–2.3.7 , so I think they found out it doesn`t work with ICS, and blocked it for Android 4.0. It also shows that it`s unavailalbe fot Sensation, but available for HTC Wildfire, SE Xperia x10 mini, and Xperia Arc S, everythig running Gingerbread except Sensation.
edit: I think the best you can do is to contact with developer, and ask him about support for Sensation and ICS.
edit2: Unfortunately, I don`t have any of those devices anymore, only Senny, so I`m unable to download it. Sorry

I wanted to share a little tool that I originally developped for myself which can help to unlock your HTC One S.

First and foremost, this is NOT for users who have had their accounts deleted. There is absolutely nothing anyone could do to recover your account. This is for users who are able to sign in to their accounts from the web, but are greeted with a "disabled" message when trying to sign in from a particular device. If this is you, then proceed.
Okay, for whatever reason, if someone posts anything malicious on ANY account on your phone Instagram bans your device from signing into the service again. I've searched far and wide for a solution to this for non-rooted phones and the best that I could find was to do a factory reset which I refused to do. You will NEED to change your password though, but this works as tested on a non rooted Sharp Aquos Cystal 306SH.
At any rate here's what I did:
1. Download Instagram 3.2.0 (hxxp://dl.apktops.com/app/201210/Instagram_3_2_0.apk)
2. Click on Sign In
3. Click "forgot password"
4. Reset your password using either Facebook OR Email.
5. Enter your new password in the Instagram App and you'll magically sign in as well.
6. Update using the Play Store and enjoy.
Note: This also works for anyone who wants to use an older version of Instagram (i.e. version 3.2.0).

Hello friends! I installed slimbox pie 10.5 on x9 max plus 2 and was in awe! The best thing that happened to me in quarantine! Congratulations from the heart! I just have a question ... I can't certify the device with the x-plore manager ... I know the way, but it doesn't allow me to make the path to get to "finsky.xml" since some folders say "access denied". .. Is there another way to certify my box? Hugs for all!
