I Simply Love the SE Arc Launcher and Figured I'd share.. Few Problem still in the launcher, but nothing that would keep it from working for an everyday use.
Based On 1.0.A.1.5 Launcher..
Things Fixed:

To install:

I like Simple Launchers, LPP & ADW EX I own & still like this over them..
If you like simple, then it's for you.... If you want more from your launcher then likely you wont want this.

widgets do work on this launcher, but there isnt any resizing

It's beast so far but it'd be way nicer if it had a dock.

Hi.
This is my modded version of Tencent Desktop. It's fully translated to English (Quinny889) and Polish (me).
It's really pretty good clone of stock MIUI launcher.
Changelog (from 2.1):
- Changed default colors to orange
- Fixed translations (English is default locale now)
- Bugfixes by QQ and by me
- App encryption function (by QQ)

- Colorful icons backgrounds
- Smoothness and other visual optimalizations

However I have 1 question... apparently when I'm installing the Launcher it says "Application not installed" so... can you give me a hand? Do I need to copy the apk to the "/System/app" ~ "data/app" or something? :x

This is great! I've been looking for something like this ever since I switched to CM7 from MIUI. This is smooth, quick and haven't encountered a bug yet. Great job! Some folders still aren't translated. LOVE the fast switching and the ROM widget.

I have got one problem - when I'm in launcher screen brightness go to max (I have auto brightness on), but on status bar there is auto brightness on. I need to enable min brightness...
Anyone know how to fix this?

Same here. I also saw the same behavior with tencent desktop. I switched launchers because of it. I hope you can figure it out.

Thanks. It's annoying though having the 3 button navbar, stock battery icon and all my other usual mods, but being deodexed, rooted and having all the bloatware removed will do for now.

I have MultiPicture Live Wallpaper installed which rotates between a set of Wallbase wallpapers. It usually comes out all right. The icon pack is Octa UI, which works well with Nova Launcher. The clock is DashClock Widget, and Minimalistic Text displays my wireless connection (if there's one).

Try to use Icon Changer free app from Gplay. You don't need to change laucher,or something else .it hase many many icon packs to download for use.

Build.prop but removing soft keys will remove navbar so how will you use your phone haha :sly:

Downloaded And installed. Very nice concept. Really love how you can slide up each icon..almost like a mini draw.

Nice concept. try'd it on my note 3. It's really basic. No fuze or over customization. Bit like google now launcher.
One thing i have noticed is that when your phone does not have on screen buttons you have then a complete empty row unther the slideup buttons.

On my phone I can't change anything on the app settings screen. Can't even change the order of the default apps, which are phone, messenger, all apps and camera. I see on the video you added short cuts to the bar and can swipe left and right but I can't do that either.

It's have to work. Try to touch the "move icon" on the tile and move it up or down on list, like on the video (in launcher settings).

The gap between bottom of display and Smart Tape is a part of design, like the same empty space from left and right

It can also be used on android 4.1.2 but the grid size in app drawer is too small its 4x4 grid, if its 5x4 it would be much better or 5x5 , others its great, i like the slipe up features, keep it up!!

Awesome Launcher
I really liked the concept of the launcher, the only thing is i have no on screen buttons ,can u make for no -osb . Actually it looks cool but alignment isn't proper on devices with physical buttons

Slide down your Notification bar-> 4 dots in box on TOP right cornet ( right below your USER PHOTO) -> Options ( 3 dot hamburger menu) -> Select number of columns you need :highfive:
