I never use a custom ROM. i am looking for a Kitkat 4.4.4 Stable ROM for AT&T Samsung Galaxy SII Skyrocket.
there are so many of custom ROM. can anybody suggest me in a very easy way about it please.

Go with Sultanxda's unofficial CM11.

Well, most custom roms for the S6 supports dual sim (FD) like edgarf's rom for example
Just follow the steps and you will get both root, custom recovery and a smooth debloated rom!

bro, this is apps and games section ,which is not for rom requests and mods may delete this thread, go to the galaxy s3 and request for it. anyway,your device is the galaxy s3 in Japan, pretty sure that it has the same hardware to the international sgs3 , try to install a rom from that device out . butdon't forget to prepare some stock rom to flash via odin if you got bootloop .
