Tried searching a few times and I checked cyanogenmod.com but only found old nightlies, and all I keep finding here are BETA builds, ive been rooting and ROMing since I had a G1 (miss my MEZ built 1.6 LOL) but havent been doing Android since I left HP and gave my touchpad (converted to CyanogenMod) to my brother. I was given a Samsung Galaxy note 10.1 2012 (N8013) and am not loving the stock 4.1.2. I would prefer a clean android build (I loved the google edition I had on my HTC One HP gave ment, but the current job only gives iPhones) but would be open to a stable, fast and clean samsung build if thats the best out there.
So heres to hoping to hear some pro input, whats the best build to install?
Thanks,
Jess
I was happy to find out that there is a Blisspop rom available for this device.
http://downloads.blissroms.com/BlissPop/Official/n8013/
I'm using it as my daily driver with non problem and find it quite smooth.
The only drawback is that it is not updated any more (I think), but as it is working well...

Folks this poll is to help me figure out what people like and want from my roms.
Please help me out so I can cook better roms going forward.
Thanks again for your on going support,
I voted for the v4.0 biggy, simply because it seemed the most stable, fast, and had nice battery life. Other have been more visually appealing but for actual stability and function 4.0 hasn't been beat. That being said I did enjoy 5.0UL, liked 6.1, and currently using the 6.5 biggy and am enjoying it. Looking forward to the next ROM you made.
I know before i said I liked version 4.0 but Version 6.5 Lite no TL or SPB was a come back

+1, here's another vote. There are a couple things I'd like to see added to each of those, but the whole reason I chose them anyway was so I'd have room to install what I want.
opentouch3.0
opentouch6.0>TL-lite
opentouch6.5>TL
love these ...the best i ever used on my wing ...... 3.0 was my first rom
Open Touch 4 Biggy and Lite seemed like the most stable versions of open touch i have ever used.
from testing your previous roms, 5.0UL was the most stable, best memory management, ease of use, packed with features on the today screen... and with the new build the 6.5UL should take over!!! ( for the roms you are cooking )
running 4.0. was using 5.3 but the sms issue was too much of a hassle, no fix was fixing the problem. jumped back to 5.0 but the version i had was missing parts of the interface i enjoyed. so i went back to 4.0 and it's been running like a dream. love it.
I LOVED the UL version of 5.0 concept, but i didn't like the small icons for sms, phone, etc. If there was some way to combine the UL version with the Throttle look, I think it would be great. Just an idea for you to run with ttran! Keep up the good work +4 Kudos!
I have used OT 3.0 lite and currently on OT 4.0 lite. I prefer lite version over others because it gives me the most flexibility yet with the foundation built.
Once I get less busy, OT 6.5 lite will be my next trial. Or maybe OT 8.0? Who knows... with the speed that Ttran pumps out new roms OT 8.0 may be very well expected in the next few weeks...
Thanks for the great work!
I've tried v6.5, v5.3 biggie,
but the one that worked perfect
out of the box was the 3.0 biggie.
that is the only one ive been abe to use.
Current poll status
Well so far it looks as if Version 6.5 Lite no TL or SPB is in the lead.
Please keep voting, this will help me in creating future roms.
Open Touch 3.0
I started off with 3.0, and I think it was most stable of all the other versions. I do really like 6.5 though. I just wish you made a biggy version of 6.5 without throttle launcher. It's too sluggish for me.
Hello
The ROM is super nice from the last one but I have two problems in counted with the new ROM
Biggy
1. Not able to change weather for another city or zip code
how can I do that
2. My phone kept calling it self at night starting at 4 am
I noticed it is dialing my own number
over and over
3. It dialed my other number on it own

+1.
UL was that thang! Just waiting for another one.....
I really liked OT 5.0 diamond lite. The today screen was perfect. But the 6.5 build is super fast. I tried spb its just to intense for our weak little wings. TL has great potential but still to buggy for me. Id say the best thing would make a lite and a biggy with no shell and let people install their own.
#1 OT v.3 biggy #2 OT 6.0 lite Diamond spb
ive tried all of them and v 3.0 biggy has my vote being the best right out of the box, no bugs at all, ive tried the TL's way to slow even over clocked to 286 then tied 6.5 no spb or TL very fast one issue with mail keeps sending messages, as soon as i find the fix i'll be running this one
I'm using 6.0 lite Diamond spb runs very good bluetooth could be a little better, but then that could be cuz of all the crap i installed to make MS voice command work better so i could have caller ID over bluetooth, would be nice if i didnt have to reinstall the spb then copy files over,
is 6.0 biggy fixed
Hi everyone,
What is your favourite ROM for your android mobile ??
w8 ur post
My favourite Room for my HD2 is the [07 Feb 2012] [CMR] Team Blue Droid V3.5 Sensation xl Gen3 EU & Tmobile SonyXloud. I'm only one problem. I can't connect with my own wifi, but Dansta34, it's on this problem, because another people have the same problem than me. The room it's simply SPECTACULAR, my phone works better than all the rooms i prove, and also my battery don't need a continous charge and i also charge my battery one time to day.
Quite a subjective question, but I've enjoyed CM7 on my Nook Color, Evo 4G and Hero (CDMA). It's been nice to share the platform/experience between devices.
Rom Rom Rom
My favourite Rom isnt a particular rom per say but i prefer the stripped back roms with the bare minimum done to them so that i can customise myself not really into the cyanogenmod thing where everything is done for you but i do see the appeal for some
CM7 for my G2x and Overcome for my Galaxy Tab.
For my HTC Sensation ExtremeSensation™Series|ICS|Blaze|Blitz5|Very FAST Stable , good battery, stable and everything is going smoothly for now
I really like AdyScorpiusMIUI v4 based on ICS but it's not stable enough for me yet. I'm currently on CheckROM RevoHD™ V4 and I like it because it's stable and highly customisable with Kitchen Pro and JKay settings.
See my Sig.
I miss the WM days when Chefs would release Lite/Standard/Full Fat versions of each ROM. It makes me wonder why that has never really happened with Android.
Answers on a postcard...
i really like for my samsung i9001 the Broodrom RC3 Revision 2, very fast, low ram usage and smooth, easy installable through odin, pc setup tool for 1°installation and Broodrom Configurator to easily set and change all system settings such installing tweaks, accellerators and much more, a must have for samsung Galaxy S Plus!!!1
BroodRom for 9001
Best rom I've used is the Valhalla rom for the Samsung Galaxy S 4G. It's just a single core old phone, but with this rom it is so fast and smooth. It feels much faster and more stable than any of these new ICS rom for the Nexus S. Ofcourse the hardware has limitation, but interface wise its faster than some dualphones I've used too. This is of course coupled with the phone having Wolfson DAC for excellent sound quality.

My favourite ROM and the one that actually works for all my phone features is NeroDroid v5 for Sony Ericsson Xperia Mini Pro Sk17i. Everything else has many bugs and most other ROMs doesnt work with the Hardware keyboard. The only thing I hate from the NeroDroid ROM is the bootanimation for the CWM, I had to use a custom kernel.
My favorite right now is Cyanogenmod 7.1.0 on my Aria, but I have a feeling that one Cyangoenmod 9 can make it out of alpha beta, it will be my new favorite ROM. I am super impressed with the CM developers. If you have not checked out Cyanogenmod, I highly recommend it.
I liked the Android 4.0.3 CM9 ROM for the Kindle Fire. I really liked the way it ran versus the stock OS.

This guy has ported Miui ICS to I9100 Like a boss
i am using Razodroid on my Galaxy Fit, its pretty fast and stable...
I have had a few smartphones and used dozens of ROMs and I always go back to Cyanogenmod.
Very reliable, great power management. It's the best way to get the most out of your hardware.
I've got to agree, ICS on the Kindle Fire is very nice, especially now that the touch screen issues seem to be fixed. It is very smooth, compared to stock or even CM7.
the latest and the stable one,,ofcourse..
#nooffense
Codename-Android ROM on my Nexus S. I like it because it is simple, clean, fast and full tweaked ICS .
Hi everyone
I am brand new to your wonderful forum and have about 1 year experience flashing roms etc...I was after a little help.
I just installed the fantastic Tiramisu rom
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1556514
for my samsung i9000 and all is perfect except for 1 thing. I cant get any keyboard to work other then the standard Samsung keyboard which i am not fond of.
I normally use Swype or flext9. I Installed both keyboards as user... nothing worked. I then tried System...and still, no go
Any ideas???
Thank heaps
I did a search for all TF700 and didn't see any threads but recently saw a post in the Prime forums about it. It seems the latest version is $2.99 but the guys site you can install a earlier version for free and boy does it work well!
Just wondering if anyone has the latest Pro paid version and their thoughts on it.. so far the older version flies.. hoping it doesn't slow down like the others. Wish Opera would update theirs already to fit our screen resolution. That was my favorite on the Prime.

Thanks! I'm really liking this browser so far.. might have to cough up the 3 bucks.. wasn't sure if the latest version was still good.
Hi y'all!
Just got my shield. Disappointed with performance after ota. Wipe and reset on original rom did not resolve all of the issues.
Not familiar with the xda roms for this device. I want root, functioning camera, nivida game streaming. And lag free!
Free 4 all! What is best?
Share your experiences!
Cheers!
Functionality more important than android version! (at least 4 me).
Nobody knows?
Common community where r ya?
Maybe read the appropiate threads and judge by yourself?
It's not like there's 32 Nougat roms out there anyway
Nvidia apps = stock ROM.
good luck with that one, i haven't been able to find that on any rom for the shield tablet nougat or not. Other than stock based ones like hyperstock(which is what i use on my shield tab). I updated to nougat off of hyperstock mm but restored right back when i couldn't get nethunter to work. there doesn't seem to be very much going on with the shield tablet even with the recent update to nougat which sucks.
