Dolby may have made a lot of Android users angry by only offering their Atmos surround sound equalizer to Lenovo and Amazon, but we all know that exclusivity is only temporary in the Android world. Thanks to @worstenbrood, we now have a ported version that can be installed on any device running Android 4.3 and above.
This app needs to be installed via TWRP, so make sure you have an unlocked bootloader before attempting this install.
Step 1: Download Dolby Atmos ZIP (Download Link Updated)
http://forum.xda-developers.com/devdb/project/dl/?id=12486&task=get
Grab a copy of the Dolby Atmos .zip file, then boot your device into TWRP. On most devices, this can be achieved by pressing and holding the Volume Down and Power buttons until the device reboots.
Step 2: Flash the ZIP File
]
In TWRP, tap "Install" and select the .zip file you downloaded earlier. "Swipe to Confirm Flash," then once the install has completed, tap "Reboot System."
Step 3: Enable Dolby Atmos
Open up the Dolby Audio app from your app drawer, then make sure the equalizer is on by hitting the power icon.
On the bottom of the screen you will see options to enable a Dialogue Enhancer, Volume Leveler, and Surround Virtualizer, which will all help in simulating a surround sound experience.
If you want to further fine-tune your Android's audio, you can also enable one of the Intelligent Equalizers or create your own profile manually. The changes are applied automatically, so there is no need to reboot or restart any apps after making adjustments.
The changes are slightly noticeable when using your phone's speakers, but to really get the most out of them, throw on your best pair of headphones.

I'm not sure why you need to repost this, when its here…. http://forum.xda-developers.com/android/apps-games/mod-dolby-atmos-t3109446

[How-To] Record your Galaxy R Screen(From a PC) (Tested on CM10.1)

Record your Tegra2 screen from a PC.
Proof: Watch
Warning:
1: I've only tried this on CM10.1. I'm not sure about other ROM's or stock ROM's. You test and tell me. I'll include it under "tested configs".
2: This includes installing an app on your PC and its client app on your device.
3. This is not perfect. The recording is laggy, but you can record. Isn't that enough?
4. You'll need a pc with screen recorder like camtasia recorder.
How-To:
1. First go grab this software. MyPhoneExplorer.. This is a must have. Apart from screen recording it offers multiple other tools.
2. Install it on your PC.
3. On your phone enable "USB debugging" and connect the phone to the PC.
4. Open up the app on your PC.

5. Then goto extras on the menu bar and select "Control Phone/Load Screen shot"
6. That's it your beautiful tegra2 device will load up on the screen. You can do whatever you like on the phone like navigating the homescreens, playing a game, listening to music etc. All that gets replicated on the PC screen.
7. The last step is using a good PC screen recorder to record the screen area currently occupied by the "Control Phone" window of the MyPhoneExlorer app.
8. Enjoy! and you can also post some of your screen recordings here. I'm adding the first one below for you to see.

Note: Plz don't mind my game playing skills, I suck at some games.
Great now we can upload tutorial & more while using that. Great..:good:

[MOD] Volume Boost Mod - Make your phone louder with Volume+

Hi people out there!
I'll post here a guide to boost the volume of your phone!
With this mod you will get audio effects that are missing in stock version and in combination with Volume+ from Google Play you can increase the volume of your device. Volume+ is not a free app, but i have heard that there is a free beta version in the forum of the developer.
But you should support the dev and buy the app
This is not something like beats audio or similar, this is simply for people who want a louder phone.
Credits:
- Meltus for his great Volume+ and the audio_effects.conf
- radarga (@4pda.ru)
Notice:
Be careful when you make it louder, you can easily break your speaker if you put the volume to high!
It works on k2u & k2ul and maybe also on other versions of One SV (untested until now).
Requirements:
- Your phone must be rooted
- The audio_effects.zip file from this post (Thanks and credits to Meltus!)
- Volume+
How to install:
1.) Download the zip file from attachment and unzip it (this file is not for flashing in recovery!)
2.) Copy the audio_effects.conf with a root explorer to your device into the folder system/etc/
(make a Backup over recovery before and make a backup from stock audio_effects.conf!)

}
3.) Set the permissions like in the picture:
4.) Restart your phone and install Volume+
5.) Into the app go to "Speaker Settings" and set a flag at "Audio Modifications" and at "Use custom EQ Settings".
Then you can push up the volume under "Volume Level".
But again be careful! You can kill your speaker if it is set to high.
Volume Level 15 works for me and should be enough.

Meizu 16th - Improve Bluetooth Audio quality, Install ViperFX on Rooted Chinese 8.1.0

If you installed the chinese firmware on your meizu 16th, you probably noticed a low volume and distorted audio in general when using bluetooth.
Even when enabling the standard equalizer the problem persist. Audio remains low, bass and trebles are not reproduced well.
So, here's how I managed to fix it and bring it to the best quality:
Download an mp3, connect your bluetooth headset(I used my airpods) and check the quality
Root your meizu if you haven't done yet, following this tutorial: Root Guide Link.
Install from playstore Busybox Busybox Playstore Link, open the app, click install, don't reboot yet.
Download this zip: Bluetooth Libs Download, extract and place them in a folder in your internal storage
Using a Root explorer(I use XPlore: XPlore Playstore Link) copy and replace those libs in system/lib and system/lib64 folder.
Open the file /vendor/build.prop and edit this parameter: persist.vendor.bt.a2dp_offload_cap and add -aac at the end. In this way you will change it to: persist.vendor.bt.a2dp_offload_cap=sbc-aptx-aptxtws-aptxhd-aac. Save the changes.
Go to the path /vendor/etc and rename the file audio_effects.conf to audio_effects.conf.bak
Reboot now. This is very important.
Install ViperFX from this link ViperFX_2.5.0.5 and execute it. It will ask to install drivers, click yes and wait, it will freeze for a while, just wait. when it's done, press ok.
Reboot again.
Now you can open ViperFX, enable it and test the sound quality(volume should be louder and better quality)
