SMART task system that combine the best of task management methodologies:
The recommended view mode is the Daily View & In-basket mode.
When you create a task that doesn't have a due date or not yet assigned a category/project, it will show in In-Basket. The daily view mode only show items are are due on that day and items that has not been assigned a category or due date.
It is your choice to quickly assign the due date to the task and/or move the task to a category/project. The context menu (click and hold on the task to show) has the quick assign due date features and 3 special categories your can move to:
High – Critical Now
Normal – Opportunity Now
Low – Over the Horizon
Critical Now: tasks that must be done today no matter what…you’d stay late at work for these.
Opportunity Now: tasks you would complete within a week and you check them once a daily.
Over the Horizon: tasks you’d complete when you have time and you check them once a week.
Let's say an email comes in on Monday asking to do something by Friday of next week. You can share the email to Task and move the task to Opportunity Now with a Start Date of this Friday. Therefore, there's a week to get it done since it’s an Opportunity Now task. It won’t show up on the Daily View task list until Friday of this week since the start date is Friday. If you wanted to give it a higher priority and have it done by Tuesday of next week then you would give it a Start Date of Tuesday with Opportunity Now or you can set it as a Critical Now with a Start Date of next Tuesday so Tuesday morning when you come in it will be high priority (Critical Now) and I must get it done next Tuesday.
Stay ahead of what you have to do and scheduled yourself ample of time.

Panic Mode:
Allows you to automatically alert your list of pre-selected emergency contacts of your location at a set time interval.

[APP] Couldn't find any desirable productivity app, so developed one myself

I have been using android productivity apps(to-do/alarm/reminder/Task management) apps for years. But could not any productivity app(to-do/alarm/reminder/Task management app) with flexible recurring reminders, cloud backup & customizable options, packaged in one single app.
Every one that I tried either didn't have cloud backup or enough recurring reminder options or each task/reminder didn't have enough customizable options.
Frustrated & tired of this, I have finally come up with an app which has a blend of all of these features.
Google Play link - Alarm + Task Logger FREE - Android Apps on Google Play
App features :
More recurring reminder options than elsewhere:
1. Hourly / Daily / Weekly / Monthly / Yearly reminders
2. Reminders which repeat every "x" number of minutes/hours/days/weeks/months/years
3. Reminders repeating on Days of week i.e. Mon/Tue/Wed/Thur etc
4. Reminders which repeat on "Days of month" : eg. reminders repeating on 4th, 18th & 26th of every month
5. Reminders which repeat on "Months of year" : eg. reminders repeating on 15th of Jan, Jun & Nov of every year
Cloud backup & restore:
You can backup & restore data on Google Drive/Dropbox/OneDrive, ensuring seamless migration to a new device. Or if you have multiple devices, backup data on one device & restore/copy on any number of other devices.

Plus a range of customizable options, all of these available for each task or reminder that you create:
1. Search/Sort/Filter tasks
Search functionality: Search & list tasks containing specific text only
Sort alarms/tasks: Sort tasks/"to do" list in ascending/descending order(Date-wise)
Filter alarms/tasks: 5 filter options have provided i.e. alarm due date/alarm type/criticality/category/date range, which can be used standalone or in combination for a granular filtered "to do" list of tasks.
Youtube demo video - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LJjD1gUSuQc
2. Label your reminders/tasks with category & criticality: After tasks have been labelled with category or criticality, you can use filters to show alarms/tasks with specific categories or criticality only.
3. Vacation mode: When on vacation, switch on vacation mode to disable all repeating reminders. When switched off, all repeating alarms will get re-activated.
4. Plenty of options for selecting music track: Set your ringtone from either device's default ringtones/alarms or music files anywhere on your device.
5. Wake up with gentle fade-in alarms: Fade-in alarms with volume slowly building up, for as long as 1 hour. Say goodbye to unpleasant alarms with music blaring out at full volume.
6. Pre alert alarm: Will cause a pre alert alarm, prior to main alarm.
7. Unattended alarms: To save battery life, Auto-snooze/auto-dismiss unattended alarms
Conflicting alarms alert: While adding a new alarm/task, you will be alerted if there are any clashing/conflicting tasks.
8. Conflicting alarms alert: While adding a new alarm/task, you will be alerted if there are any clashing/conflicting tasks.
