I put together this for us if you are running my deodex stock rom then just flash it if not then use root explorer and rename SystemUI odex to odex.bak

EDGE CONTACTS - EDGE APPS​
This mod is ported from S6 edge + and the features mentioned above work and replace partly the good old toolbox.
Working for sure on N920I+C, 5.1.1

Only tested on deodexed rom, so I highly recommend a backup before flash.

if you have a T-Mobile Note5 (SM-N920T), there's a stock/deodexed rom that might work for you - it's what i'm currently using.

There's already the one by @dr.ketan which I recommend LINK and I am working on an own rom which should be ready till the end of this week. :fingers-crossed:

DONT WORKS, I'll try to fix this.
How to install:
1. Open Root Folder on your Phone
2. Search for "system" and open "priv-app"
3. Search for "AoD Service" Folder and open it
4. Paste the apk in this folder and rename it, as the original apk is called (Set Permissions to rw-r-r)

just try it , and not working too, no difference, still the AOD no changes
it stay on version 1.3.14

For me not working. Pasted in priv-app. Renamed and gave permissions. After reboot AOD does not show up in setings. I am on DD1 rom

Not working for me either.

Unfortunately not working for me with S7E, Supermanrom and SuperKernel.

Try to install any aod theme from store and then see if it start working pls update result

The deodexed apps and framework will not boot tho (when used in an rom). There is something missing.

i asked him which program used because with superr-kitchen you can remove META-INF folder and he removed that folder from some apk (like systemUI)
without META-INF folder roms can not boot

I managed to deodex the rom with SVADeodexerForArtx64, but i cant get it booth either, meta-inf was intact but there some changes introduced in android 7

for now i know only frameworks can't be deodex
SVADeodexer hasn't new smali/baksmali so it's impossible deodex with this tool

Testes and working great bit stock animation ain't working cuz it's not stock.Please take a look.
