hello guyz i have to ask something abt Factory data reset when i bought this cell i could have done but few days ago i installed ROM Manager in my cell and done something with that i dont know what because i am noob in Android using first time, when i am trying to Factory hard reset from Privacy option it is restarting but not doing hard reset.. kindly guide me some other way to factory reset and one more think i have tried VOLUME UP RED button and tapping POWER it is saying that update firmware 1/2 updated failed..

hello i have a bush spira b2 10" tablet running android 6.0 that im thinking of selling.
when i look online most people say that i should encrypt the phone and then factory reset it as to not leave any data on the phone.
the problem is that i have already factory reset the phone and not only that but the encryption option is missing from the security menu. the credential storage is hardware-backed.
can anyone tell me why i dont have the option to encrypt even though the manual for the tablet says i can encrypt?
im wondering would it be enough if i just did a factory reset and then added files until the tablet was 100% full then did another factory reset?
