Current stats before the restart:

At least 10GB Free
Using CrDroid 5.0 ROM
Not Rooted
Clockwork Recovery
While reading some random article in Anandtech and listening to music on Spotify, I decided to repeat the current track. The moment I pressed the previous button in the notification drawer, it froze and restarted. I thought just a random restart but after waiting for hours, I tired to format everything but insted I get this:
{
"lightbox_close": "Close",
"lightbox_next": "Next",
"lightbox_previous": "Previous",
"lightbox_error": "The requested content cannot be loaded. Please try again later.",
"lightbox_start_slideshow": "Start slideshow",

"lightbox_download": "Download",
"lightbox_share": "Share",
"lightbox_zoom": "Zoom",
"lightbox_new_window": "New window",
"lightbox_toggle_sidebar": "Toggle sidebar"
}
and now I only get this:
is my tab bricked?

Tried some android thingies today and got the following screen 2 or 3 times:
{
"lightbox_close": "Close",
"lightbox_next": "Next",
"lightbox_previous": "Previous",
"lightbox_error": "The requested content cannot be loaded. Please try again later.",
"lightbox_start_slideshow": "Start slideshow",
"lightbox_stop_slideshow": "Stop slideshow",
"lightbox_full_screen": "Full screen",
"lightbox_thumbnails": "Thumbnails",
"lightbox_download": "Download",
"lightbox_share": "Share",
"lightbox_zoom": "Zoom",
"lightbox_new_window": "New window",
"lightbox_toggle_sidebar": "Toggle sidebar"
}
When I press anything other than the send button, it just boots and everything seems fine.
But I really would like to know where this screen comes from? Is there something on the main memory or storage card where it does some checks?
I have the screen sometimes and I think it has something to do with the boot time. So I think the message is kind of engaged and fires only if something doesn't happen in a specific period. In my case I suspect the amount of PIM data might slow the boot time because I never delete and never move the stuff to an archive
I have had the CROMBi-kk up and running for a few months. Was working great. Sunday I had unit docked to keyboard and then unplugged. After unplug the unit froze. I held down power and did a reboot. Tjhe unit starts reboot process and after a few seconds reboots again.
I can get into the CWM-based REcovery v6.0.4.6 just fine and installed the cm-11.0-20140505-CROMBikk4.4.2-tf700t_Signed.zip
However after install and reboot it gets to step 12 and starts it reboot again.
"12.217438 Preinit /system unmounted" "cpu ext_temperature = 41" then reboots.
I know screen shot is really bad.
Help!!

I believe sudden restarts are heat issue with the phone, for safety maybe. The big battery drop is a mystery here.
Please post questions in the Q&A section

Same as you.
I have suffered 3 times suddenly restarts.
But no sim card password needed to be entered, it will start system like it doesn't do anything.
This is a long shot, but just in case I'm missing something stupid.
I attempted to replace the battery on my phone, following the video instructions on Youtube. The phone will turn on to the charging screen when I plug it in, but will not boot when I press the power button. The orange charge light even turned green eventually (usually signals a full charge).

Is this a bum battery? Or did I just kill my phone?
Would the screen still turn on like this if I had damaged the motherboard or misconnected something while I was in there?
Thanks for your time!

A) is it normal? I've been browsing for about 20 minute total this entire day and Chrome is my #1 most battery wasting app (currently on 66% and Chrome is responsible of 8% of my battery consumption)
B) If it's not normal,how do I fix it.
C) 2nd most battery consumer is Google play store with 11k data packets sent & received so same question.. Is that normal?
*Screen ontime is 1hr & 6 minutes
Here's my battery cycle as well :
Running Cm12s unrooted with the original recovery and everything.
Thanks
