[Completed] Can't flash Oneplus one recovery cyanogen Os 12.1

Hello everybody.
I'm currently using cyanogen OS 12.1 and want to change it to exodus but I saw that a custom recovery was needed so I'm trying to install TWRP recovery but its being impossible to do so. I have tried the 1+1 toolkit, cmd, droidkit, but none of them seem to work.
Build number: LMB48B
Cyanogen OS version: 12.1- YOG4PAS1N0
Dont know if you need any more info.
Ps: I have unchecked the option of auto updating the recovery.

I dont know why , use a kitkat kernel to build cyanogenmod 12 , I build the testing recovery is success ,but cant use on phone , can every one tell me did I do a stupied thing?

All custom kernels are updated when a new Android version is released so I guess you can't use a KK kernel on a LP rom

You cannot flash a rom that wasn't made for your device.
You can check this thread for roms, recovery and info about your device:

hello bro.. i am a htl21 user. i use this rom and work smoothly. thanks to rom's dev bro tako0910. This rom based on CM Rom.
bug : camera stoped or not work (fix it with opengaps arm.6. stock) and nothing bug detected still now..

How to install :
Before you do this back up your data. Resiko ditanggung penumpang (indonesian lang )
1. Download rom (link on first post)
2. Go to twrp (twrp must ve v. 2.8.x or higher)
3. wipe data/chace
4. install rom.zip (downloaded rom)
5. wipe again than istall opengaps (opengaps arm.6.stock recomended).
6. wait and wipe again than restart system.
7. Enjoy with your Marshmallow..

i have some question , i found the newest rom has been published in 2016-11-23,and this rom is based on cm14 or cm13?
anthor question is whether i must flash opengapps after flash rom,if not ,what will happen?

so, post this link or the file for us. i'm going to flash my 920d from stock and i can't decide what rom to flash: this (mb newer) or flyme 5.
i used flyme on my htc one this summer and i'm pleased, just a little simple interface. I think this rom will be a little more interesting. so drop your link, please.

Wow. He's still working on CM14.1 for this phone! Still not stable, but this is very interesting. If I still had a working HTL21 I would flash it.

I've tried his all five Lineages with IMEI null problems, still found no workaround yet.
RR or FlyMe is good but I missed the original Beats Audio. No more valuable options on them, though. Have tried InsertCoin also on my htl21 with random app crashes.
Currently using Sense Lollipop SoulUI as daily driver and this is by far the most stable and power wise ROM I've ever used

Good to hear from someone who tried his Lineage roms.
Personally, I found the official CM 12.1 roms for Droid DNA converted using yutokt's converter to be the most stable and useable when I was using this phone.
And there are several hacks you can find on XDA to add Beats Audio to any rom.

Any way to use custom Android Lollipop and Marshmallow custom roms if I am on Nougat?

Hello guys,
I really miss android 5 and 6. Currently I am using latest official sammy rom for the 920F.
Any way to install via TWRP a lollipop or mm rom and use it? I remember i'v tried one and the device got stuck and only odin saved it.
