Hi
Thanks for writing to us at XDA Assist. Unfortunately there's very little information for low-popularity devices such as this. I'd go and take a look at this link:
How to Root Any Device
It's going to be a trial and error process, but you might just get lucky.
Good luck!

Anyone has idea how to root this tablet without pc? First post btw
Hi
Thanks for writing to us at XDA Assist. Unfortunately I can't find a specific root method for this device. And the chance of being able to root it without a PC is minimal. But I'd take a look at our root directory and see if you can find a method that works:

[Completed] Lg l33l

Well there's nothing on my phone here and I'm new to this site. Is there a way to root my LG l33l other than kingo root and install supersu as well as busy box? It so what would be my options? I haven't tried towelroot yet either but so far have been unable to get anything to work.

Hello, and welcome to XDA!
Because it is Android 5.1, I was going to suggest KingRoot, but you have already tried that.
Since it looks like you are the first to ask for this device, all I can suggest is to check the options in the root directory and maybe chronicle your progress in the rooting/unlocking forum (you will need to register for an account to be able to post a thread in this forum). The latter has the advantage of finding users with the same goals (or those in-the-know).
Hope this helps, and good luck!
