So I downloaded an app called dingtone it is a phone app the app gave me a phone number to another area code so I uninstalled the app factory reset my phone redownloaded and I tryed to sign up again for another account with another email but I could not get a free phone number as if the app knew it was on my phone before how can I start my phone over or mod it to read apps as a first time install please help me with this problem if anyone can please and thankyou. Ps I am rooted so open to all suggestions.

If you have a custom recovery then you should be able to boot to recovery and do a factory reset, wipe cache and wipe dalvik cache. if you cant do that then try posting your question here:

After installing ROM to my android phone which I get a failed installment message that say's failed to update. I clear the cache and clear everything in recovery mode. Then clearing the cache takes too much time. I turn off my phone by getting the battery for I cant stop the abdroid phone from clearing the cache which consume too much time. Hello, Please help me fix my device, first it was stuck on oppo logo/recovery mode and we tried to wipe data/cache and install new ROM but failed, after a few days when I tried to install new rom and wipe data/cache again ''failed to wipe data/cache'' popped up. and today it wont turn on.. it doesn't even vibrate or detected on my pc.. I tried to charge it for 30min but nothing happens. I know this phone is not that expensive but it has sentimental value for me. my phone is oppo joy plus.

I got brava iiia phone with android 4.1.2. which i think is infected with ghost push virus so i wanted to root the phone and try to remove the infected apps but the virus connected to internet via wifi by itself and now it won't boot. i tried entering the recovery mode and wipe all data + wipe cache but it didn't work. I need help so any suggestions please ?

Hello.
Yesterday when i tried to unroot my device it didn't turn back on ever after when I did so, it is always stuck on bootlogo, It was runing android 5.1.1 and I also tried to wipe data/factory reset and wipe catche, but nothing works.
Need help as soon as possible please.
