Hello, and welcome to XDA!
You must be referencing this thread:
> General discussion > Upgrading, Modifying and Unlocking > [ROOT] Xperia E4g & E4
Please create an account (so you can post in other forums), if you haven't already, and then add a post to that thread, noting the Android version you have (sounds like 5.1.1).
Hope this helps, and good luck!

will i installed an android 4.4 rom but the screen won't respond ,,,,
is my phone bricked ?????http://cdn3.xda-developers.com/images/smilies/crying.gif
and how can i bring my phone back to factory reset ??????http://cdn3.xda-developers.com/images/smilies/confused.gif
Well its hard to say, it depends if the ROM was meant for your device or not as well as how it was installed. Hopefully you can get to the oppo website and they will have a method for you to return to stock
If you need further help the best place to ask would be to create a new thread in the general q&a section found here

Hi there,
Yes, flashing new ROM, stock or custom will repair that error.
But for more relevant answers, if you don't tell us what device we talking about, please post in this forum :

Hi
Thanks for writing to us at XDA Assist. A quick search of XDA allowed me to find your device section here:
Sony Xperia Z2
Bookmark that page and make sure you subscribe to that forum, within it you'll find all relevant information for your device. These threads in particular would be a really good place to start:
[INFO] ALL You Need To Know About Owning A Xperia*Z2
[FTF] STOCK FIRMWARES for Xperia Z2/Z2a (D65x3/D6502/SO-03F) [20141116]
If you have any questions in future you'll find your device-specific q&a section here:
Xperia Z2 Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting
Make sure you perform a search before creating a thread though because most likely someone else has already asked (and had answered) whatever question it is you want to ask. That's the beauty of XDA, information at your fingertips!
Best of luck with your device.

Hi all,
I would like to root my LG DOCOMO Optimus Vu L-06D and eventually upgrade it to android 5.0 or whatever latest android version available. I have been reading your articles regarding rooting but I guess it won't hurt if you provide me detailed discussions regarding my specific unit. Thank you for your generous assistance.

Hello, and thank you for using XDA Assist!
Wow, there is very little info about this device. I don't think there will be any upgrade path to Android 5.0, official, or otherwise. As for root, should be able to use any generic ICS rooting method (KingoRoot may work, KingRoot should based on the description).
