Hello, and welcome to XDA!
I would highly advise against that. This device has very little exposure, and no development. Which means if a mistake happens (or if you do everything right and something still goes wrong), you will end up with an expensive paperweight, probably until the end of days.
If you have a MicroSD slot and are rooted, try Link2SD. It got me through some tough times.
If you want to get an idea of the support your device has, take a look here:
> Android Development and Hacking > Android Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting > [Q] Please help, No.1 S7 "Samsung Galaxy s5 clone
...if you want to revisit the partitioning idea, feel free to post there, but don't do anything until you get a helpful reply from someone who owns the device as well.
Hope this helps, and good luck!

Hmm ... there are different ways to go.
One is to move some apps to your external sd card.
Here is a detailed guide: Galaxy S III Mini General [Guide] Enabled Link2SD and later swap.
Another way is to repartition your internal sd card, which is risky. If something goes wrong here, you will brick your device.
Here is a discussion thread about it: [Q] S3 Mini repartitioning - bigger /data partition.
I recommend to check the ★[FAQ][CM10.1/10.2/11][Galaxy S III Mini][GT-I8190]★ thread, and if you can't find any answer there, post your question in the Galaxy S III Mini Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting forum.

Hi,
I can't find anything relevant on XDA for your device. You can try one of the generic root methods at the top of the list here,
XDA Root Directory
If that doesn't help, you will need to ask for help here,
> Android Development and Hacking > Android Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting
Good luck!

Hi, thank you for using XDA Assist. First, you don't need root to repartiton. Second, I strongly discourage you from pursuing this. It takes a lot of knowledge of Android and specialized skills. There also a very high likelihood that you will brick your device. So unless you're just curious and don't care if your device ever works again I'd stop now.

hi, tank you for the reply, iv been discouraged and frustrated myself from pursuing this by the amount of knowldege it needs but im just curious is there any possible way to be able to install the apps directly on the sd card, the internal storage or i have just to stick with installing and moving each app to the sd card ?
Hi, unfortunately there is no information about your device on XDA. But you could look for app2sd which let's you run apps from your sdcard. Here are two links which might help:
http://www.xda-developers.com/super-apps2sd-puts-new-spin-on-old-script/
http://www.xda-developers.com/run-your-apps-from-sd-with-darktremors-app2sd-for-android/
I don't know if they will work on your device. If you have questions you can try asking in this forum, http://forum.xda-developers.com/android/help
Good luck!
Hi, thank you so much i will try it in the evening after work and see if it works and yes unfortunately my device dosent figure in any website either well i guess thats what you get for a low budget tablet thanks again, your concern is appreciated

[Completed] LeEco smart TV 55 inch - expand internal memory/root

Hello, I have a LeEco smart TV and restricted with 8 GB internal memory and allows just about 2gb for apps. I would like to expand the internal memory, need help. I saw one of the options using 'roots external 2 internal' way, but looks like it can be done only on a rooted device. Has anybody rooted this device?

[Completed] increasing RAM memory

Hi guys!
I've got a question to make, I don't know if it's silly or not. It just appeared in my mind as I was checking free RAM memory of my Samsung Galaxy GT-I9060 phone. Well, it's only 337MB while 631MB are used by running applications and other running stuff.
On the other hand there are 4.4GB free in device's internal memory used to install apks.
Is it possible to "transform" a part of the 4.4GB free memory so it can be used as RAM?
To mention that my phone is rooted.
Thank you in advance.

Greetings and welcome to assist . I'm fairly sure this isn't possible or certainly not easily anyway. Think of it like a computer with ram and hard drive, you are trying to use your hard drive as ram.
