Hello, and welcome to XDA!
That's weird. I would bring that up in that thread, if it wasn't for developers only. Luckily there is a root Q&A thread along the same lines for the same device:
> Android Development and Hacking > Android Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting > Root Guide to Samsung galaxy trend plus GT-7580
I would suggest posting there (once you have an XDA account) and reference the source thread just like you did here.
Hope this helps, and good luck!

You're best off asking here: Android Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting although if I knew your device I could direct you to a more specific place. Your situation seems fairly generic however so you should be fine with the forum I've linked. Good luck finding your answer

Hi,
I found this thread on the subject,
> General discussion > General > Samsung Galaxy core 2 duos kitkat SDCard bug fix
Other than that, if that doesn't help, you can ask for help here,
> Legacy & Low Activity Devices > Samsung Galaxy Core > Galaxy Core Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting
Good luck!

Hi,
XDA Assist is here to help members navigate the site, not for support. Also, I know nothing of your device, so couldn't help anyway.
Ask in both links I gave you for help, and be patient. It's a low activity device, Help can come slowly unfortunately.

Hi,
I can't find anything relevant on XDA for your device and issue.
You will need to register on XDA and ask for help in this thread dedicated to your device,
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2297246
If that thread doesn't help, you can ask for help here too,
> Android Development and Hacking > Android Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting
Good luck!
Please I have a samsung j1 sm-j100m device that I really would like to root, I looked many places and several methods to root, although I followed the instructions I had no success in rooting it.
Could anyone help me please?
Hi there,
Sorry but I don't find anythind specific to your device. You can try one of the generic root methods at the top of the list here:
XDA Root Directory
If that doesn't help, you will need to ask for help here :
> Android Development and Hacking > Android Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting
Good luck

I have checked the topic of the the generic methods and tried all of them, but still no success.
I will try posting a Question on troubleshooting section.
Thanks for your help!!!
Ok then.
