hello, i have a galaxy s 4g t959 and recently i lost service and found out the phone is not recognizing the sim card in its slot, ive replaced the sim card but still nothing. it was originally on t mobiles network but i had it unlocked for att. i dont know what to do, can anyone help me?? Thanks.
have you tried pressing the simcard slot? maybe its just loose

I had the same problem. I got into CwM, and whiped the cache then rebooted. Worked the first time. Two weeks later it happened again. Samsung said its a mechanical flaw in the phone that happens to about 2% of the phones. Its something thats fixed through the warranty program. Hope that helps.

Well first of all im new to this domain . and i've installed CM 10.2 on my Samsung Galaxy ace 2 gt-i8160. But my phone is freezing and overheating plus when i enter my Pin code the Sim card is still not working and i hope i get a help ASAP and btw i have a moroccan operator so in case it has a relation with Radio stuff . I unlocked bootloader, installed stockrom, then kitkat and after that Lollipop. After that I installed an US ROM and then I tried a Brazilian ROM. Both of 'em wont recognize the SIM no more. When I do have a SIM I get a no SIM/no signal. And when the SIM is removed I get only a no SIM notification.
This is driving me crazy =S
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Sorry I cant give out more information cause it was my brother who actually worked on the phone. Im a noob in all this and he doesnt speak english! lol, so if you have any additional questions ask me and I can relay it to him and translate it back. Thanks

Hie...guys please help me... I am using Moto g XT1033 dual sim mobile. .actually I rooted my mobile to and flashed Cm13 rom it worked fine but then later after few days I flashed resurecction Rom. .everything is fine but but I am facing serious problem..when i inserted my sim...it is been detected but I am unable to receive signals..when I inserted by sim in other mobile it is working fine. .. Please help me guys ... Help me to sort out this problem it really sucks
