so I'm getting the following message when I'm trying to either copy or move files from My external sd card to My internal phone memory.
I'm using astro. I'm stock ROM
EDIT: So I did some further digging and found out the issue is when a file name has a percentage sign (%) in the file name. For some reason it causes an issue when trying to copy. So I removed the % sign from my filenames and they call copied correctly.
when I install any app to SD some of apps still store their data in internal phone storage.
see this ;

I have a stock rooted Samsung Galaxy Music Duos
I used the app link2sd and moved apps to my ex sd card as I was running out of space. I restarted my phone and all of my current apps I moved are gone from the menu. Looking in my ex sd cards folder, it shows a android folder with other folders inside it with com. with all the apps I moved but going into the folder its just blank. Can someone tell me how to fix this please?
I have a galaxy s2 on 4.1.2. All the apps are in the application manager with a gray android icon.

Any known fix for memory card getting corrupted everytime phone reboots? I have not update or anything yet and card is 128GB Sandisk. Thanks
Edit. Even after I updated to B180 it corrupts external card after reboot. Card formatted using the phone. Also tried another 64GB Sandisk and its doing the same damaged card showing after reboot.

Through the web browser, save the file to the internal storage to the Download folder, and from there transfer the files to the SD memory.
