It seems to be working great on my new Pure XL. Also, Seek Thermal's camera attachment is working fine on it. I'm running the XL on Cricket with no trouble (there should not be any problem since they use AT&T's network).

Hey i found (on APK mirror) and installed this ... its a damn nice camera app ... i love it much more than stock camera on Pure XL ... but there are two problems... one really ..
When I click on gallery icon inside camera, nothing happens... also, pictures are not visible in the main camera app or in the Google Photos ... how do I make them visible???

The digital video camcorder does have manual focus so check that. Make sure the auto-focus sensor on the front of the camcorder is clear and clean of anything that could block it (see if it's not damaged in anyway). Check all the menu settings to be sure it's not set in some mode that might cause the camcorder to act like it's doing. Changing the shutter speed and/or the Iris and/or the light balance un-balanced will cause problems. Experiment with those settings.
So I love the aosp roms by cm, and am currently running cm10.1 m2. One feature that I like is the aosp messaging, except for one thing: it cannot send or receive gif messages. I have tons of gifs to send and am wondering if there is any way to enable this. Maybe take the stock tw app which can send gifs and mod it into cm10?

Download handcent it will solve all your problems. I had the same problem with the O.G. Droid. I've used it ever since with no problems.

Sometimes, taking a picture of your friend doing a crazy stunt just doesn't suffice. Getting the progression of the stunt in one image does!
Regular pictures can lack depth sometimes. Not only are they sometimes boring, but capturing someone midair or mid-anything is hard! Basically, capturing motion is tricky unless you have a Samsung Galaxy S4 or Note 3 with Drama Shot, or a Sony Xperia Z1 with Motion Shot.
Taking the Best Shot
Don't take a picture until you set up the camera with the best resolution, which is literally the only settings option, unless you want low-quality pictures.
So Go The Menu Select Image Resolution Select HD(1280X720) See The Screenshot Below
Also, make sure you know how to take these shots—they're special. Just hold steady, tap to focus, press record, then turn into a statue and refrain from moving an inch.
Once you've taken your shot, let it process, then easily edit how dense the image is with your figure in motion. Use the bright, neon scale to the right of your screen—you can''t miss it.
Also, if you want to add an effect, like fading in or out of the progression, just click the running men icon on the top left.
The one thing I can say negatively is that it seems to not work as well as it gets darker, but other than that, it's pretty rad. Enjoy creating some pretty cool shots with friends and family.

Hi, for months I've been trying to use the Google camera on my Moto G3 (XT1543, 1GB of RAM) and I had a lot of issues. First of all, the PlayStore version gives me a force close every time I try to enter the settings page, and that is awful, but the camera is still usable. But the main problems are the Lens Blur and panorama effects, which are not displaying between the camera modes(I'm only able to take pictures and record video). So my question would be if there's any way to enable this features or maybe a modded apk with all features enabled? Thanks!
No. That's features only works with a gyroscope, the Moto G 2015 doesn't have. It's a hardware limitation.

There is a way, but only works in marshmallow, Xposed, and isn't precise, so, the photos aren't the best.
For use panorama, use the Motorola Camera.

But I have another phone which doesn't have a gyroscope and I have the lens blur effect. And in my brother's Moto E 1st gen the lens blur effect is also available. I want Google camera mostly for that effect

I don't know why you can't use that feature, I can, I've installed the aroma package of Gapps and select the Google Camera. You can try that.

Haven't tried the Google Camera port yet. It used to have an option for photo sphere in oneplus one.
Any recommendations for photo sphere/360 camera that I can use on OP6.

The OP6 port of gcam works though the stitching isn't the perfect yet but gets the job well done.
