Maybe my question is stupid but just to be careful I am asking this question.My mmx unite 2 had 4.4.2 version stockrom.now my phone is on darkl custom rom and my now my android version is showing 5.0.2 .can I install a custom ROM which is only for 5.0+ android versions(as my custom ROM has android version of 5.0.2)??

As of now there are no custom ROMs for s7582 so i guess you should tweak your stock firmware to your requirements till some ROMs arrive.

I have CM 13.0 of Android One, which I want to port and as a base ROM I have SP Flash tool flashable JB ROM or KitKat 4.4.2 custom ROM.
Which ROM should I use as a base ROM and is it possible to port LP or MM ROM using KK or JB as base ROM?
