This one confused me a bit when I search for Vodafone vf685... Google autocorrected to Vodacom - and then a model came up - the Smart Kicka.
There is not much in the way of this device1 on this site, but I did find this thread - you can ask there re: progress:

Good day to U.My Phone is WellcoM A-89 and rooted.And then I just delete (google service framework.apk) in system.After restarted,my my device can't face to android interface.But It knows SIM card and battery charging.
