[Q] problems with incoming calls :eek:

i have airtel and reliance sim, in INDIA (two leadind companies)
problem is like i dont get proper incoming calls signal strength is full and around 85db..when somebody makes me call it says number is out of reach but when i call any number calls happen easily...and for 10 minutes incoming are ok also but phone automatically looses incoming facility again so in short my number is out of reach untill i make calls outgoing calls for incoming calls when i use single sim then all right but in dual all goes ruined :'(
what to do??? reliance people said we dont have any solution :/ :/

Conference Call not working

Hi,
I am currently in Mumbai, India.
I have sprint Galaxy S5.
I am on Reliance CDMA network.
But i cannot do a conference call {multi-party call}
There is an option of Merge, but when i click merge, the calls merge, but there is no conference call.
I still am on the first call & second call is still on hold.
Moreover, i cannot swap calls also.
I have tried using GSM, conference & call swap works perfectly on GSM.
Can anyone please help in resolving this issue ?

Always or sometimes you can make calls? IMEI is correct? Did you check, which frequencies uses your operator and which supports your phone?

no incoming calls

Hey guys i have issue i cant get incoming calls but outgoing call is ok friends can't call me, i disabled divert and contacted my carrier they said sim have no problem but the issue is with your phone. I formatted it two times still no luck

Are you running CyanogenMod 13 or any other ROM with LTE enabled? That might be the problem custom ROMs have trouble sometimes with VOLTE, try setting it to 3G and test it out

This thing really helped me . Go to setting , press network and there you will see Volt HD calls just simply uncheck this one and now you will receive calls . ENJOY

Only yesterday while trying to fix its Lte reception problem I dialed *#*#4636#*#* and tried to change the preferred network.
After that the problem started.
4G LTE is running seamlessly in my device but all outgoing and incoming calls are stopped.
While trying to make outgoing call, it only gives a silence and the other people , while making the incoming calls hear "out of reach".
If I change the network to 2G from 4G, the problem is fixed but then I am not getting the net.
Please Sir, help me.
No service centre in India is willing to take the case.
