sorry for my bad english.
My parents give me a samsung SGH-997R shipped from canada with a rogers simcard.
I use the XDA guide to install a CM 11.2
The phone work great, but i can't disable the simlock.
I buy an app on google play store called GalaxSim unlock
The app give me a code. When i swap the sim card and insert code, Samsung infuse doesn't accept that code.
I want use this phone in italy with a TIM simcard.
MMI codes doesn't work

I have just bought an alcatel 5017x which is locked to EE, what would be the best way to remove the network lock plz,
I Also got a EE Rook is it possible to unlock this so i can use my Giff Gaff\ o2 sim in it, cheers peeps
