[Completed] [Q] how to upgrade ubislate 7cz to kitkat

hello friends i have ubislate 7cz tablet with android 4.2.2 ,i want to upgrade it to kitkat or any other os like cyanogenmod . i am un able to find any way to upgrade it .its not even having any option like system update in settings
and i am un able to find any external firmware please suggest me some way to do that . even i am ready to root that but i am not able to find exact steps to do that

Thanks for writing to us at XDA Assist. Unfortunately I can't find any custom firmware for your device anywhere. This is pretty common for low-spec and low-popularity devices such as this. And unfortunately if there's no update section in your settings menu you won't be receiving any updates from the manufacturer either. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news.

[Completed] Need help for root Stylos Oruz

I have this chineese cell phone that im trying to get root but nothing works, even the MTK droid tools says its unrootable :S it is MT6572 with UBIFS and YAFFS blocks and im getting crazy. Is something i can do? or it is imposible? it works with android 4.4.2

There is not much about your exact device on xda, but I found these rooting threads for similar devices:
[GUIDE][ROOT] O+ 8.31z MT6572 by btiu.
[UTIL][WIN][MT65xx] MTK Droid Root & Tools | MediaTek Android Smartphone.
Hopefully one of those will work in your case.

[Completed] Lenovo K3 note problems booting

I recently purchased a lenovo k3 note, but it came without any internet browser or gapps. I decided to root the phone and to change the rom. I did both, using the official thread for rooting and i choose the official Lenovo K50-T5 update 1536 (found it on needrom)
Unfortunately, when the phone boot up, i have an error message wich says : unfortunalety, WLAN has stopped. And i can't go any further. I wanted to change the rom again but my recovery changed too, as CWM has been replaced by Lenovo-Recovery. I tried to root the phone again but it doesn't work (i supposed the USB debugging is off and i can't change it)
Any solutions ? Thx

There is no forum specifically for the Lenovo K3 Note at this time but I suggest that you ask your question with all relevant details in the friendly general Android Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting forum at http://forum.xda-developers.com/android/help. That's a good place to start where members familiar with your device might be able to advise you. I also see a number of references to your model from a tag search at http://forum.xda-developers.com/t/k3-note which might be worth reviewing.

[Completed] OS Upgrade from Jellybean to any latest OS (Cherry Mobile)

Hello everyone. I'm new here. But I have a problem that I hope someone can help me solve it with. Actually, I have a Cherry Mobile Omega Infinity phone or X110 (my device name, I think). Until today, my O.S. is still Jellybean 4.2.2 and I'd like to have it upgraded but I think Google Playstore and Cherry Mobile hasn't come to put terms to it. Is there a way that I can upgrade or update it without using my software update app on my phone since it always says that my device OS is "allegedly" up to date. Lol. Can someone let me know how to solve my problem? How can I upgrade/update it in a friendlier and nicer way because my brother told me that one way to update my device is to reformat it but I don't wanna do it since it erases all my saved files on my device. THANK YOU VERY MUCH IN ADVANCE TO ANYONE WHO CAN HELP ME WITH MY PROBLEM. God Bless!

Hi,
I couldn't find much information about your device on XDA. I found this thread but I don't think your model is supported for that root method. You can post your query in that thread and see if another ZF Go user can help.
