[Completed] Slow Boot CyanogenMod 12.1 - XDA Assist

Hi everybody!
I have a Galaxy S3 Mini with Unofficial CyanogenMod 12.1 (Android 5.1.1)(Latest relase of Novafusion) and it is extremely slow on boot, it takes about 2 minutes!
When (about 3 months ago) was with stock ROM it was booting well but not with this ROM
Any solution?
Things I've tryed:
-Reinstall ROM
-Clean Cache and Dalvik
-Download BootManager from Exposed Installer and limited boot starting apps
If this can help I have installed Live Boot so I can get a full boot log and post it here
Thanks in advance

Do you mean this ROM: [ROM][CM11][P1000] Official CM11 Galaxy Tab Kit Kat (nightly builds)?
If yes, then please register on xda and post in the corresponding Q&A thread.
Generally you can try to re-flash Gapps ... maybe try another Gapps package.
And if it doesn't help, you may have to wipe data (= do a factory reset).

[Completed] Help With Cyanogenmod Recovery!!!

Hi everyone!
So, i use DooMLords Kernel V13 for my Xperia SP (C5303) and I want to install AICP ROM, the problem is that this roms reflahes my kernel back into one based on CM12.1 AND ALSO FLASHES THAT HORRIBLE CYANOGENMOD RECOVERY!
So, ok, why I don't use Rashr or even flash a TWRP Recovery through ADB?
Because, again, for whatever reason, this kernel simply dismounts my Recovery Partition, forcing you to use Cyanogenmod Recovery!
What should i do to fix this? Should I switch to another ROM not based on CM12.1 or is there a bypass through this?
Thanks

Hi All,
I want to install CWM recovery in my Samsung Galaxy S2, GT-i9100 device which is currently running CM 12.1 lollipop. Since some of the features are not working properly(mainly google services) so i want to restore my original ice cream sandwich OS. But every time I am trying to boot into CWM recovery I am going into CyanogenMod default recovery.
Please help and provide the steps. Thanks in advance!!
