asking about and/or discussing how to change your imie is prohibited on xda, and illegal in most countries.

I have a Samsung Galaxy A52 5g and recently tried to use quick share to send something to my friend and the upload failed, he also tried sending me something but he couldn't. Is this because I rooted my phone, and if the answer is yes is there a way to fix it?
