I mean that you can feel difference in colours between displays. I think red will be more darker than original.

It's all personal preference. I don't like bright, flashy phones so I always opt for black. I think they just look cooler and more techy.
White. It looks like it wouldn't be nice. But in person. It'd the best damn white phone I've ever owned

I love my red one, it IS a bright red tho, especially when its in the sunlight. Black and red are my colors and this phone is a sexy blend of them i think lol. I've already got a lot of compliments on it. They're probably going to be a lot harder to get though I would imagine. Whites are in stock almost all the time, blacks sometimes out of stock, red is very new so hardly in stock at all still. I really lucked out when i got mine.

Well there's your answer OP. "What color is best?" is always subjective. Internally they are the same. Pick the one that suits you.
Hi everybody,
Before I ordered my nexus 5 i 32gb read this
http://www.phonearena.com/news/Nexu...h-new-speaker-grill-and-fixed-Buttons_id50321
And receiving the old Revision with the smaller speaker grill and wobbly Buttons TODAY is a slap in the Face.
What would you do??? Should i Sent it back? Is there a Chance of getting a new Revision 32gb black Model?!

Again, not every single screen is made equal and it would not be cost-effective (or effective in any way for LG) to calibrate them all individually. If you use a custom kernel there are ways to calibrate it yourself.

Can i ask what device you came from ? I actually like the stock colours, they are pretty accurate, its a warmer display .. if you came from a Samsung device it might seem too yellow, but thats because AMOLED screens are generally cold displays

Hmm... You are actually right. I have a samsung S3. Its a bit colder and of Course Not as bright as the nexus. But still i have a iPad mini and it is also an IPS Display and the colors are also much more colder. In fact for me it Seems to be more accurate.
When the brightness is on maximum, the white looks like yellow and the black looks like red. Also the sensitivity of the screen is not good at all, I must press a little bit harder than the normal. This happens with anyone else? Or this is normal?
Thanks in advance.

Sounds dreadful!
Although, I have the 3g version (16gb US), the default white color was pretty much crisp white at full brightness, and black was the standard black color of a LCD screen, with no type of hue. Touch sensitivity seems pretty normal to me on my Moto G. Of course everyone has different eyes too, and taste in display color, but it does sound like you probably have a display that's a lemon.

It cannot be normal... try to get it replaced..
my phone's screen has a very annoying yellow tint to it. This becomes especially bothersome on white webpages, where white looks yellowish. i compared it to my friend's alcatel one touch pop d5 and my phone's screen color temperature is a lot warmer than that of her phone. I just wanna ask you if this is normal or not?
Use white color balance (somewhere in display settings)

thanks but I have bigger problem now. I'm experiencing the yellow hue/tint at the lower part of my screen. the same problem that plague the z1 at s users. I just confirm that today. I let my classmates check it to eliminate the possibility of my mind playing tricks on me.

you tried changing white balance
try blue MAX
Hello,
Though it never really bothered me but I see that there's a lot of buzz regarding this yellowish tint on screen of Moto G4 plus.
To fix it, well here's what you can do.
1. You need a rooted phone
2. Flash EX Kernel on the phone.
3. EX Kernel Manager app or Trickster Mod app from play store.
In EX Kernel app go to graphics and then to advanced color control.
Set RGB values to:
Red = 240
Green = 240
Blue = 256
Now I'm not sure if this EX Kernel has the RGB calibration and I can't really figure out if it worked. Though I did feel my screen to become more vibrant.......
So it's in discussion...... And I would be glad if you could try it and see if it makes a difference. It's no harm anyway, it's just an app and it's worth a try.
I'll be obliged if you people put your thoughts too.
Alright people, it does work, however values are
Red= 235
Green = 235
Blue = 256
It's great.:good:
Too much blue light is not good for your brain, especially at night. The original setup it was like that for a reason.

You are absolutely right about the blue light thing...... But when in sunlight, u need to increase the blue for comfortable reading....
And average bluelight value below 270 is fine and it can't go above 256 so..... It shouldn't be much of a problem.....
Yes. There is that adaptive display...
When I first got my G Plus, the screen looked distinctly yellow. But after only a couple days it normalized and now it looks like a normal screen compared to others. Maybe it's the glue curing thing or whatever.

I'm not sure but I guess maybe u got acquainted to the screen on your phone.
Place your phone side by side to any pure white screen and maybe you'll feel the difference......
U guys can also flash CM13, Temasek by Vache and disable Live display in display settings to see what exactly is white screen.
