The unit cam with a chines win ce 5.0, and I do not know chines and I did something that made all serial ports vanish, and the gps receiver is no longer there, as there is no available serial ports.

Simple navigation application with battery-saving function. Topical for bicycle and pedestrian travels. Battery saving function based on next methods:
- application using GPS periodically, not permanently. By default application turn on GPS every 3 minutes
- doesn't doing any hard computing unnecessary for bicycle and pedestrian travels
- for AMOLED and Super AMOLED displays application using only needed pixels. All black pixels doesn't using and doesn't energize.

Very cool, amazing view of the Earth!
One issue I noticed was when switching between regular and fullscreen view on those youtube videos. Playback wouldn't be smooth, and it tended to jump around (maybe a problem due to your onCreate being called because of an orientation change?) Also, the app shouldn't have an exit button. Notes for video transmission problems from ISS:
When ISS (International Space Station) is on the night side of Earth, the video image is black, which is normal.
Sometimes video is not available due to transmission issues or when the crew is changing cameras. In such cases, usually you will have a blue or a blank screen. In few minutes the transmission should return, so, please be patient. This is not an app issue.
About video stream:
- Black/Blue Image = International Space Station (ISS) is on the night side of the Earth.
- No Audio = Normal. There is no audio by design.
