Great to see someone interested in ROM building.
Here is a link to get you started. If you have any troubles along the way, please register for an account, and then ask your questions there:

I don't know if a device tree and kernel source exists already, if not, it will be a very uphill battle, and something the guide (I don't any guide) will cover to create that stuff. You can base it off a "like" device, but you really have to know what you are doing to even get the thing to boot.

Unfortunately, there's no development currently on XDA for your device.
If you create an account, you can ask for help here:

However, please remember, the developers on XDA provide their work for free and have lives outside of XDA. If no developers own your device, there's little chance of someone building for you.

Hello, and welcome to XDA!
Unfortunately there is nothing about your device on XDA. There is a thread about development options for the 4.5h, and stock firmware for the 4.5d (thread last updated 6 months before Lollipop was released by Google).
All I can suggest is to create an account (so you can post in other forums) and ask if there is any development for the device in this forum:
