I downloaded an older version of an app I used quite a bit. My question is the Google play store constantly reminds me of this update and I don't want to ever update this app. How can I clear the notification all together? I do not want this app under the "update available" in the playstore at all. And just to clarify I have cleared the apps notifications in the settings > Apps. I don't want to inadvertently update it when I select "update all"
Enter Google Play Store, enter (which u dont want update) that program... Click menu button

"lightbox_previous": "Previous",
"lightbox_error": "The requested content cannot be loaded. Please try again later.",

"lightbox_download": "Download",
"lightbox_share": "Share",
"lightbox_zoom": "Zoom",
"lightbox_new_window": "New window",
"lightbox_toggle_sidebar": "Toggle sidebar"
}
And done. But if you click "Update All" it will be updated too. You should do automatic update. But it will be still ignored.
Thanks that's already been done. What I'm trying to get rid of is the "update available" so I can still select update all without updating this particular app.

Hello,
Yesterday evening I found an working solution to fix this problem.
Many weeks I tried so many Fixes at the www but nothing works.
Every time when I try to download the App I became an, 403 Error. The Apps seems to be installed, but isn't.
Okay here my fix.
1. Download the APK of the file, where you can't download from Playstore. (were ever you find this file)
2. Installing and open Titanium Backup. Scroll down to the file and open this menu
{
"lightbox_close": "Close",
"lightbox_next": "Next",
"lightbox_previous": "Previous",
"lightbox_error": "The requested content cannot be loaded. Please try again later.",
"lightbox_start_slideshow": "Start slideshow",
"lightbox_stop_slideshow": "Stop slideshow",
"lightbox_full_screen": "Full screen",
"lightbox_thumbnails": "Thumbnails",
"lightbox_download": "Download",
"lightbox_share": "Share",
"lightbox_zoom": "Zoom",
"lightbox_new_window": "New window",
"lightbox_toggle_sidebar": "Toggle sidebar"
}
3. deinstall the previous installed App and go the Playstore.
Know you can see the Button has changed
4. Pay and install the APK.
Hope it helps

Anyone have all their settings for Ok Google detection?
When I go into the Google search app and into settings then voice then ok Google Detection, I only see this:
{
"lightbox_close": "Close",
"lightbox_next": "Next",
"lightbox_previous": "Previous",
"lightbox_error": "The requested content cannot be loaded. Please try again later.",
"lightbox_start_slideshow": "Start slideshow",
"lightbox_stop_slideshow": "Stop slideshow",
"lightbox_full_screen": "Full screen",
"lightbox_thumbnails": "Thumbnails",
"lightbox_download": "Download",
"lightbox_share": "Share",
"lightbox_zoom": "Zoom",
"lightbox_new_window": "New window",
"lightbox_toggle_sidebar": "Toggle sidebar"
}
It should show this:
I tried a few things like clear data cache of Google search app, Uninstall and reinstall Google search app, update Google play services. None of it works. Also trusted voice is turned on.
I'm on rooted, stock, OJ6.
Anyone know how to get it back?
Edit: I also tried to factory reset and that didn't help either. Options are still missing.
Nevermind. I installed a inverted Google Search app from team black out and the options are there.
So OnePlus is a little excessive when it comes to saving battery...I have to un-optimize and allow auto launch on many apps to keep them functioning properly. Fine, a little tedius but at least I can get around it.
Until today, I tried to allow an app to auto-launch, and apparently there's a 20 app limit. No way to override, it just doesn't allow it and gives the attached message. I can't find anything about this online, has anyone seen this before? How do I override this, or hell turn this stupid "feature" off entirely? All it ends up doing is blocking my smartwatch and other apps from showing notifications after reboot.
This is the function under Settings > Apps > Auto launch. It also pops up if I go into the app properties and try to toggle the "Allow auto launch" switch. Running latest Android 12 OTA.

This message appears when I switch windows when writing a new email in the Nine email app. This message blocks the keyboard and is annoying, so I would like it disabled. Since theres no way to turn if off in the app settings, I would like to disable this notification through more advanced means. First I want to know what it is called so I can search for a xposed module or some other mod that removed it all together. I don't like useless pop up message. I find them to be about as annoying as bugs crawling on my screen.

That is a toast
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pop-up_notification
https://developer.android.com/guide/topics/ui/notifiers/toasts.html
On my LOS20 there is a setting "Dont show pop-notifications on screen" but not sure if that does the trick for you...
Q: Disable app's toast messages?
groups.google.com
According to this they can be disabled on an app basis using adb. Which is just what I want.
