Because the one that leaked the leak should be to blame.
'Leak' sure. If a company wanted to keep a tight leash on their stuff, they can do so without a doubt. It's less of a leak more of a preview. If it does get leaked, you can be sure that Google will be monitoring it to know what the XDA community and other dev communities say about it. Same with the Nexus 5 lovely photo cameo during the KitKat reveal.

Sorry man I only had 5 codes and they have all been used up. if you make a reservation in the app it shouldnt take more than 48hrs till you receive a code in my experience
