You sure that it's 5.0.2 ??? Because in the OTA update they mentioned that it is 5.0 .... Never going to suggest anyone an HTC Device again :/

You can download firmware 4.3 for indian XT1033 here,

Tip : search for umtsds, where ds stands for Dual sim. You can flash
1) Android 4.3 Blur_Version.14.85.2.falcon_umtsds.AsiaRetail.en.03 [Retail Taiwan]
OR
2) Android 4.3 Blur_Version.14.85.4.falcon_umtsds.AsiaRetail.en.03 [Retail Taiwan]
and then update via OTA.

I bought it in shop and it is still running on Android 4.1.2
I want to update it to latest KitKat 4.4.2.
Please tell me where to start from and is it possible or not???

It's only pushed to Indians, you'll have to wait for it.
your saying that your on 4.4.2? you have a dual sim phone. there hasn't been a 4.4.4 update released yet, only for gpe devices, 4.4.4 will come to the non gpe devices after a while. it will probably come to the dual sim version last because of some development and it's kind of different to the single sim version so more time would need to be put into releasing 4.4.4 update to dual sim
