I have recently upgraded byHonor 4X Che2 UL00 DeviceTo Lollipop FromThe Official Site Of The Huawei Emui But I Need To Downgrade It To The Default Rom i.e. Kitkat DuE To The Issue With The Play Store In The Lollipop Rom Provided By The Huawei......
Please Help

I have not found a lollipop rom for your device here on XDA, but there is a development thread where you may be able to find some answers: http://forum.xda-developers.com/android/general/huawei-honor-holly-hol-u19-root-t2996617. If you want to post there, you will have to register.

please note that my phone is c470 but the rom is c432
does it matter at all??

Yes, you can update it. But you need a fix phone after that require root permission.
