I have got a Cubot S208 android phone. I has a MTK 6582 processor, it has 16 GB memory split 4 - 12. I am trying to repartition it 8-8 . when I use MTK droid I cannot back up because of not enough space, can I back up to the external SD card, if so how?

First of all, i had a problem with charging my goophone i5.
Seems it was the cable that doesent was good.
Now when i am browsing on the phone, it says only microsd 80MB? and it must be a 16gb, or are there 2 storages?
1 for the OS, and the other for the data-storage??

goophone or any android phone has 2 memorys...the internal rom memory and the sd card memory.....ofcourse if you have for example a 1gb internal memory your not gonna have 1gb available for usage since your operating system is using some of that memory....then the goophone i5 itself has an internally a normal micro sd card that you can change if you want...ofcourse you have to open the phone for that ...but just youtube it and youll find tutorials on how to open and change memory card on the goophone ..... i wouldnt trust the "about the phone" tab in settings....mine sayes that it has 128gb when i have a 32 gb sd card changes from rom to rom...atleast on the modded ones

I have china phone evercoss a7s with mtk 6572 , 512ram and internal rom 4gb .
1,27gb for app and 1,27gb for internal storage.
I want to increase system app more biger space to 2,5gb.
View past mounth ago i have zte960vm with mtk6577 and 4gb rom where system app is 512mb.
With mtk6577 repartition tool i got increase to 2,5gb of system app.
I try often to edit ebr1 with hex editor but i dont know much about that.
I was afraid to brick my phone.
So please help me to got it. Anyone

Use MTKrepartition....keep save your android with backup file into CWM.You can download MTKrepartition on google

Hai everyone. iam new here, i have some problem with jellybean 4.2.1. the problem start after i am replacing file fold.fstab (i dont really remember this file) because i want to install application on external sd. but everithing goes wrong, now my phone can not detect sdcard or any external sdcard & cannot download anything or receive bloutooth . please help me to repair this. my handset is Cross a88 (it chinese phone) mtk quadcore 6589 with 512 RAM 4 GB INTERNAL and 16gb external. what can i do? sorry for my bad english.

Please create a custom rom , CWM recovery for my lava iris 356 preferably MIUI v5.
The device has the following specs:
OS: Android 4.2.2
CPU: MTK6572 (1ghz dual core)
RAM: 256mb
ROM: 512mb
FileSystem: ubifs
SIM: Dual Sim (GSM+GSM)
I Would also like if it could have pre-root and ram increased using an external SD card.
I have the following micro sd card: Sandisk Ultra 16gb UHS-1 Class10.
I my self tried to follow the PatchRom Guide from the MIUI but because of the "ubifs" file system i was unable to create a CWM recovery for my device, which i think is required to get adb in recovery.
Also i increased the ram using My sd card and the swapper.apk, but i want some thing inbuild in the rom itself.
As being a C++ developer myself, I can also help in developing the rom but would require some help.

I have an android unit >>>> allwinner a20 cpu, 1 Gb ram, android 4.4, 16Gb memory (630Mb device internal memory, 12,19Gb device sdcard memory, 3,19Gb android reserved)
After installing 3 or 4 apk i get not enough memory message and cant install more apk to my android. Because internal memory gets full.
I have my car android unit rom file.
Can someone help me that,
edit the rom file then arrange the partitions as
partition 1 >>>630 Mb to 7Gb???
