I've flashed CM12.1 (20150711) and Slim GApps (20150709) but when I play Clash of Clans, I get this error 'this app requires the latest version of Google Play Games' but I already downloaded the latest version from Play Store?

I am using the latest version of this Resurrection Remix (CM 12.1). I tried to install the app Monument Valley from Amazon, but it didn't installed it. I read that I have to change the preferred install location. But i don't find this option on Setting/Apps/Options :S
What Can I do?

I like the cyanogen gallery, but in the play store it shows as "not compatible".

How to Install:
1.) Download the ROM zip and (optionally) the GAPPS zip and move them to your device via USB, FTP, ADB, whatever.
2.) (Re)Boot into recovery. Make a backup of your current setup (just in case), and wipe.
3.) Install Resurrection Remix and GAPPS, and reboot.

Hey this ROM is completely brilliant and very stable. It has a clean ui and is really customizable. One of the bug in it is that the brightness can't be controlled from the navbar drop down ......hope you can look into this! Awesome Rom :good::good:

Turn off adaptive brightness on the settings. Since that is yet to be fixed, you will not be able to adjust the brightness.
If you download a brightness slider app from the google play store you will be able to control thee brightness from there. Then once that app is uninstalled the slider will work flawlessly.

Thanks for letting me know. Could someone help me out again. The superSu app notifies that the su binary is outdated and I am unable to update it . I tried to use both the ywrp and the normal method but was unable to update it through the app. So what should I do??

just flashed it and my device went into a bootloop. i rebooted the device. seems to work fine .let me try to check . thanks a million
Hey guys, I know this thread is old, but I've got an old kindle. I loaded this rom onto mine with a micro version of open gapps. System seems a little sluggish overall. Was curious to know if there was something I missed. Was a fully clean install, didnt recover anything. Is there any tweaks I need to know?

Hi there, i got into a bootloop after flashing magisk v25.2 and had to use a factory cable to rescue it. is there any way to flash magisk correctly on this rom?
hey guys, is there a nougat ROM that supports magisk well? can this setup be used to play Pokemon GO normally? I don't wanna hack the game or anything, it's just that vanilla android sucks ass, but I like to play Pokemon with my girlfriend.

Resurrection remix and Aex both supports magisk well and every app is working fine like Pokemon go, IRCTC and I'm using RR 5.8.3
