Any one flash the latest CM compatible with the 4.2 boot loader

I was wondering whether anyone flash the latest CM with Twrp 2.4-4.2 and bootloader 10.2.1.8? How is it compared to Cromi-x?

OTA Question

Hello there
I have a nandroid backup of my Moto G when it wasn't rooted. If I restore the backup and flash the stock recovery image will I be able to install OTA's or will they fail?

They should install but if not, simply flash the system.img's/boot.img from stock firmware.

Not sure how to proceed, but can I flash a 24c baseband and then flash a compatible Rom?
