Hello,
Could anyone help me.
I have a Huawei Ascend P2; which from a couple of days, when I restarted it, got stuck on logo screen "Huawei Ascend", and remains since there.
I entered the recovery by pressing "Vol +, Vol-, On/Off" buttons together, and I wiped cash and performed factory rest, but it did not solve the problem.
When I tried to apply update from SD card, I got an error "failed to mount mount E: /SDcard".
I also note that I cannot turn off the phone. It will just restart and stuck again on logo screen.
I tried to get into fastboot mode by keep pressing Vol- and On/Off buttons, but it seems it did not work. Except for "Fastboot reboot", all other fastboot instructions did not work.
I do not know what do do !! Any Ideas how to solve the problem?!! Please help ?!!
Thanks in advanced.

Hello
I have 2 exactly same model of Huawei Ascend P1 LTE U9202L-1 Build120. One of them is working fine all this while. However, lately, the other device stucked at the booting logo screen and unable to boot to the main screen.
I have tried ADB and Fastboot command, and it somehow managed to get the problem set to main screen, but the "Power" and "Vol Down" buttons not working when in the recovery mode and as well the main screen. However, when I tried to boot to the fastboot mode by pressing the "Power" and "Vol Down" buttons, my pc recognized it and I could enter fastboot commands, but not in the recovery mode and main screen mode....not so sure what are the exact problems and errors....to put in simple, the "Power" and "Vol Down" buttons are not spoilt, but I do not know why they are not working when in the recovery mode and main screen mode?? Whether the problem set is semi-bricked or just software corruption??
I have read the forums about using command "fastboot flash boot boot.img", "fastboot flash recovery recovery.img" and "fastboot flash system system.img", but confusing me....and I do not want to take the risk....
I would like to know is there any faster ways to clone the rom images of the good working set, and flash it on the problem set? Any experts out there kindly assist.
Many Thanks.
Hi,
It sounds like the buttons are failing to me. Maybe it's a software issue, but unlikely. I can't find anything relevant on XDA about your issue, so you will need to ask for help here,

Hi all,
I have Huawei CHC-U23 (Gplay mini) smartphone. I rooted it with KingRoot app. Then system said that there is update for EMUI available.
When I try to update error occurred. I press power button to reboot and my phone reboots again and again.
I press Up volume button with power button to enter Recovery 1.0 . I tried to "wipe data/factory reset" option and then "wipe cache partition" but nothing helped.
I tried to find system image file on official site huawei.com but all I find is HiSuite Setup program. I've no idea how to use this.
So my question is how to repair my phone? How to flash system image? Where can I get appropriate system image? And how do I put it on memory card? Any help is really appreciated!

Yesterday i tried clearing my cache partition and my phone got stuck on the screen with the android robot lying down with his chest open error screen. No matter what i do i cant seem to enter recovery mode it just goes to the error screen for like 5 seconds and then screen turns off for a second the goes back to the error screen. Just wondering if anybody knows how to fix this.

Hello, and welcome to XDA!
Seems a bit normal to me, having one myself. Go into bootloader, have Andy lying down, screen flashes, and comes back. The difference is after the screen flash, a banner will appear at the top which you can scroll through and toggle with the volume keys and power button.
But if you select recovery and it bounces you back into bootloader, something a bit off, like "your recovery is borked" off.
You could try wiping cache again, this time with fastboot. In the mode noted above, with your phone attached to your PC, type the following command on your PC:
Code:
fastboot erase cache
...and then try opening recovery.

Hello,
I am browsing Facebook when suddenly my phone hung-up. Everything was not responding so I decided to remove and reinsert the battery.
Unfortunately, when I tried to boot-up, it was stuck in the Huawei Ascend screen.
I tried booting to the recovery mode but it doesn't show any options/menu, unlike before.
In the recovery mode (by pressing power button + volume up key) it only shows an image with an open botdroid with red exclamation.
I already tried flashing the device but no luck.
Hoping someone could help me.

Hello everyone,
i'm new to this so excuse if i do wrong something (title etc..).
I wanted to root my Huawei vns-l31 so i used the srk tool for enable the bootloader and then install the twrp; it seemed that all go right but when i tried to reboot in recovery mode i probably did something wrong in the timing with the combination of buttons and now the phone is stucked on the blackscreen with the message "your device has been unlocked etc etc.. your device is rebooting now.." the problem is that the device it's not really rebooting. I've tried the pwr for 10s, vol up+pwr, vol down+pwr but nothing..the phone doesn't go on fastboot and so i can't flash back anything. Pls help me i've read many threads on xda but no one worked for me.
again sorry if i broke some rules and for my bad english
Thanks to all that will answer this post.
Edit:i Just let the phone turno off because of the battere and then in reboot It showed me the three usual options..Maybe It was Just a bug. Still i dont know why It doesn't open the twrp..I'm Just bad at timing?
