Hello , since i upgraded to lollipop (B507) i reinstalled apex launcher and the problem is that the navigation bar background is black instead of transparent can i edit the build.prop to make it transparent ?

i am on miui rom for desire hd and when i apply a theme the status bar color just stays stays black(icons on status bar changes though) and if i try other launcher it changes to the theme color one .
so launcher pro doesn't support status bar theming?

well on miui u can change the status bar color by applying theme and using miui launcher or adw.. but for some reason t doesn't work on launcher pro
Can anyone mode the framework.res file to get the transparent status bar and notification menu?? Status Bar + and Super Status Bar are not at all good. I want a status bar like MIUI, centered clock and transparent
First of all, for wich firwmare is? Not all the franework-res are the same. I recomend to upload yours and add tag [REQ] to the post.
Has Google removed the fully transparent status bar and action bar from KitKat? It used to be transparent in selected apps under KitKat, but now its only transparent on the home screen. In apps there is always a semi-transparent and shaded bar. This happens in native Google apps such as Gmail as well. Look at the screenshot below for an example. It's not fully transparent and it's annoying. Is this due to Lollipop itself or is there some setting I'm missing?

Yeah, they use a separate navbar/statusbar overlay for a launcher now.

you have to use the white list editor app to get the launcher to use the whole screen

I created black wallpaper, but when i try use wallpaper then notif. bar not transparent.
Have any mod to fix notif. bar and make it transparent?
Nova Launcher. Can also add a shadow to the top of the desktop so that it completely masks the notification bar.
