I've install cynogennod 11 in my nokia xl and aslo the flashed patch of lockscreen now my device cpu locked at 700 mhz i don't know how to solve tell me stepwise please! !

64 bit kernel source code arent released yet by htc. The ones u see on htcdev are 32 bit.
I guess some developers are working on it so sit tight. Let them do it and they will probably release it when its done
