LG L Bello D331: Flashing a different region's official ROM - LG L Bello Questions & Answers

Hello everyone. I'm planning to flash an official Lollipop ROM on my LG L Bello D331, and I have some questions before I proceed.
My current ROM details:
Model: D331
Android: 4.4.2
Version: V10f
Region: HUN
Link: http://lg-phone-firmware.com/index.php?id_mod=54
File: D33110f_00.kdz
Size: 804 MB
New ROM details:
Model: D331
Android: 5.0.2
Version: V20c
Region: CIS
Link: http://lg-phone-firmware.com/index.php?id_mod=54
File: D33120c_00.kdz
Size: 899 MB
Questions:
1. I'm currently on build V10f_EUR_XX. Will it change to V20c_CIS_XX, or simply update to V20c_EUR_XX? If the region changes from EUR to CIS, what will exactly be changed?
2. Since LG delivers their updates via IMEI check (regardless of the region), will I still be able to receive official OTA updates?
3. New ROM is provided for Russian region, and thus includes the Russian language. My current ROM also includes Russian, and almost every other European language. Does that mean I will have all European languages on the new ROM too?
4. Finally, and MOST important: Some early adopters flashed D335 Lollipop on their D331 devices, and now they can't flash back D331 ROMs because their D331 somehow "became" D335. Since I'm flashing a D331 ROM on a D331 device, will I be able to downgrade if neccessary - or I will be stuck on Lollipop too? Does it matter if my current ROM is rooted? Also, if the region changes to CIS, will it revert back to EUR?
Since Lollipop was released for D331 in Mexico (Telcel carrier), Turkey (Avea carrier) and CIS (unbranded Russian region), is there any chance other countries will receive it soon? I mean, D331 hardware is EXACTLY the same in all regions.
Thanks in advance!

[Q] Which kernel version fits my situation best?

I bought a Samsung Galaxy S2 I9000 in the Netherlands, SIM free. When the phone had an accident the motherboard needed to be replaced. This was done by Samsung Services in Thailand since I live in Thailand. So now I have an Asian version which I do not like at all and is not so handy.
I have rooted the phone, Kernel version: 2.6.35.7-I9100CEKI2-CL586309, [email protected]#2, GINGERBREAD.DXKI2. I like to download a European version software or Dutch version.
Searched your site and found a few I think that might do the job:
XWKK2: PDA:XWKK2, PHONE: XXKI4, Date: 11/11/2011, Android 2.3.6
XEN (Netherlands), XWKK2 Stock Kernel
XWKJ3: PDA:XWKJ3, PHONE: XXKI4, Date: 25/10/2011, Android 2.3.5
XEN (Netherlands), XWKJ3 Stock Kernel
CEKI2: PDA:CEKI2 ,PHONE: XXKI1, Date: 19/09/2011, Android 2.3.4
XEN (Netherlands), CEKI2 Stock Kernel.
Now I have a few questions that I cannot answer myself at this moment:
1. Which version would fit my situation best if at all?
2. Or is there a better version?
3. Do I need to download the stock kernel as well?
4. Or will just downloading the CSD do?
Any help will be welcomed.

[Q] Switch Branded to unbranded firmware for OTA updates

Hello Guys!
I have an GT-I9500 S4 with branded firmware form Claro Dominican Republic. I want to switch to a clean unbranded firmware but still receive OTA updates over the air or with Kies. I would like to have a 4.2.2 clean version, in order to receive 4.3 and beyond.
I've tried switching to Germany and Morocco unbranded 4.2.2 and finally 4.3 firmware several times, but the regular 4.3 or 4.3 stability OTA never arrived. Now these is my S4 current state:
Android version 4.3
Baseband Version: I9500XXUEMJ5
Build number: JSS15J.I9500XXUEMJ5
SELinux status: Enforcing, SEPF_GT-9500_4_3_0010
PD. It doesn't shows Kies options in the phones menu.
What do you recommend?

[Completed] LG G3 Rooting Assistance?

Hello, I'm a big Android fan but I never really understood how to root a phone. I currently own a LG G3 D855 right now.
Android Version: 4.4.2
Baseband Version: MPSS.DI.2.0.1.c1.13-00009-M8974AAAAANPZM-1.01701338.5067.1
Kernel Version: 3.4.0
Build Number: KVT49L.A1420760443
Software Version: V10o-HKG-XX
As you can see, I have a Hong Kong Variant but i want to get lollipop on it as soon as possible.
I was wondering if the HKG variant differs from the European variants.
Ultimately, I want to learn how to root my G3 to install lollipop without high risks.
Any guidance would be much appreciated since I'm new to this kind of field. Thanks.
