Most "Rom's" are hardware specific, but I am sure you can find a custom Rom that has the same features that the Note II or S3 have.
What features are you trying to get on your Tablet that is part of the Note ll or S3 firmware?
Don't think of it, every device has its own configuration, data and files to communicate with device. If you try of other devices, your device will be bricked and will be of no use :banghead:

Hi, thank you for using XDA Assist. You can't flag a Rom for a different device on your device. In fact, you're lucky you haven't bricked your device.
