Thanks for these invaluable files.
To recover from a soft brick would one extract/odin the full firmware or all the files?

Use Full Firmware! But how did you soft brick your unrooted device? I'd suggest to 1st try factory reset (wipe data) in recovery.

hsbadr,
I have tried several times to flash the full firmware and get an error every time.. I have even downloaded the firmware 3-4 times.. I am not bricked.. but just wanted to try it. I have to flash the kernel or do the Verizon repair in order to get the phone up and running each time. Previous owner note 4,3,2, and have flashed many times with Odin... has any else actually tried flashing this with success? just curious?
My bad... I now realize I was flashing with the wrong tab,, I was using CP instead of the AP tab in Odin.. Works fine...
Disregard.... Problem Solved above.
Can you post the new AOJ2 update that was released yesterday please?
Not sure if this is the right place to ask:
Does this help remove the Verizon splash screen when I restart my phone?
Is there a way to load a different Kernel?
Thanks for these files.
This is official firmware so it won't remove the Verizon logo. You can't flash an unsigned kernel until/if we get the bootloader unlocked.
Don't hold ur breath

Current Firmware: N920VVRU2AOJ2
Thank you for your support on the Note 5. Looks like I might have to sell my Note 3 and get a new Note 5
Hi guys, my employer buys and sells phones. They have a Verizon Note 5 they are trying to sell, they said it has some ones google account still on it and they cant get into it. I was wondering if flashing stock firmware would make the phone usable again. Oh, if it will. Can it be used on att networks. Thanks in advance.
New note 5 owner here. Coming from the LG G3. Loving this device so far.

okay, thanks anyways :/
Flashed. Had to manually done via Odin as usual, as I never ever had the privilege of getting an OTA update!
Anyway, here are some things I noticed, I mean some changes from the previous Indian ROM,
1- The boot up audio has been changed. Don't know if this is as same as S5's one or not, but I guess it is, cause no one changes the boot up sound often! I don't like the new sound. It's kinda threatening!
2- The default wallpapers, both lock-screen and home screen have been changed. And all the built in wallpapers have been changed as well! You won't see that boy & balloon wall, or the airplane! All of them have been replaced with a new batch! Weird!
3- The horrible lag, which occurs in any email app's list view mode, with message preview set to on, REMAINS. This is the main reason I updated, and hoped would be solved, but no, I am really disappointed

Yes Sammobile is showing that this is NOT available on Kies yet. Maybe Samsung is still testing this firmware OR maybe they're doing a bit more polishing before a roll-out.

If you are new just wait until some I9305 owner confirm it.

Product Name:i9305
AP SWREV: A3 (It was before A2 i think)
Secure download :enabled (I haven't seen before)
"Secure download :enabled"
i think that it very bad
well i installed it and no probblems for now, it looks nice. yep same secure download. installed recovery and openes supersu and it said if i wanna disable knox. Supersu seems ot be stuck on disabling knox, but if you say no to disable the supersu works anyway.
update: open knox app and set it up, then go to upersu and says disable knox and it will disable it. Wifi is working, network is working, benchmark 24205 with no tweaks
If anyone wants me to test something just ask.
ps: xposed modules dont seem to work

aha understood, well normally when you are porting kernels you need to make switch the bootclasspath line with your devices kernels one, but this process was only done when porting from another manufacturers rom. all samsung devices bootclasspath should be the same, but i thought maybe it could be possible

anybody tried to flash it without bootloader and/or without 9305N modem yet? (like using Mobile Odin or creating CWM flashable .zip) I'm curious to know if wifi would work
what about any downgrade possibilities? I'm afraid after updating to 4.4 samsung's bootloader we won't be able to downgrade to 4.3 like it is for other devices like S4 or N3
Is it possible to make a flushable zip for modem

But I can see how that was misunderstood. Changed it. Haha

For those who are having issues with Odin use this version. It is the PrinceComsy version.

Yes it's the official one.
Should be rootable using jrkruse's method.
I have the T-Mobile firmware and Verizon 6.0 CSC installed. Can I just flash the CSC file from this firmware?
