Pre-requisite:
1.follow this for installing cwm recovery,rooting and taking full backup (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2581417 )
2.download the rom.put it in sdcard(not in any folder)

9.wipe delvic-cache(find it in "advanced")
10.reboot
