Modified wm6.5 screenlock, much easier to use

the new screenlock for wm6.5 looks much better than the one for wm6.1. and i know that microsoft never meant to imitate iphone. however, the new screenlock is not so easy to use with the slide block sooooo-up-there...
fortunately, i found CHomeVisualEditor.exe, which help me to modify the original screenlock to a much-easier-to-use mode. download the txt file and then rename the file name (just delete ".txt", cause the actual file type is ".cpr"), copy it to "/windows" to cover the original one. the effect pic is shown in the attachment 2.
please be advised if the files don't work, copy them to "/windows/lockscreen" to cover the original ones. then reboot your phone. they shall be working by then.
p.s. i put "silde to unlock" outside the screen (top margin: 640) so you will not see that one the screen. i guess no one need that shown on the screen right...?
note: i updated my rom recently, and found the position of time moved much lower than that of the former one. if the position of time doesn't meet your need, try to open the file as a text format, search for "Layer ID="TimeAppointment" Top". the last number shows the position the time should be present. for your reference, use "-30" for 640x480 and "0" for 480x640.

Here's a cab I made for easier install. First one installs them to the Windows folder. The second one is for if you have the Leo style lockscreen (with the newer graphics)

I found out it was because I put a / in the internal name. I re-uploaded the fixed ones.

[Q] Attached Pictures in XDA Site Problem

I don't know if anyone else is having this problem, it is to do with the XDA Developers' site.
When I used to click on a picture in a posting, the site would show a medium grey layer on top of the site and this would show an enlarged picture with a X button at the top-right corner. If you clicked on this button, then the layer would dissapear and everything was back to normal.
Now when I click on a picture in a post the site has a medium grey layer sitting on top of the viewable (but unclickable) site. I don't see any picture and there is no X button. The only thing to do is to hit the Back button.
I can view the picture if I right-click on the picture and select to open it in a new tab.
I am using IE8 in WinXP. There is no pop-up block on this site.

Same thing happens here, if it is any coincidence, I am also on XP (Sp3) and IE8.
I reckon it has only been doing it for a couple of weeks or so, any XDA System Mods want to fess up to fiddling with the vBulletin settings, or cascading style sheets?
I'll attach a window dump of one of my own image posts. I had clicked on the leftmost image, but in practice it wouldn't matter a damn which. Also, it doesn't matter what the style chooser is set to, 2010 or Classic, the results are the same.

I just tested to see what happened in Firefox. When I clicked on the above post's attached picture, it opened a new page with just the picture in it. I had to hit the Back button to get back to the postings.
This problem only happened a few weeks ago.

When I click an attachment, a grey semi-transparent layer shows up and then I'm redirected to the image's address in the same page.

I don't get any redirection (in both IE and Firefox). My only option is to go Back. When I do this, the Foward button isn't available.

Same for me. Also, if there is more than one attached picture you used to be able to click on one to get the larger image, and then you could cycle through them all from there. Currently you have to open one, back, open the next...etc.

I want to ask about the black area surround the image I cut to clipboard is there any way I can make it transparent just like the tool on Microsoft word. I attached an image here. Thank you

[Q] preview window in S-Notes

Does anyone know if there's a way to remove the window that shows up in the left side of a document without going to edit mode when you're in S-Notes? Thanks in advance.

How to start blank template note in S NOTE? W/o the Subject/Date?

In SNOTE I was able to press new page on bottom and then open a blank Note template w/o the Subject/Date on top. For some reason I can't seem to access that anymore, it just gives me a entire new page with the Subject and Date on top. Maybe I pressed a setting by accident that switched it? I am fine if the first NOTE has a subject/date, but afterwards I am not. Thanks
How do I create one w/ just a blank page again? Thanks!
I know you can cut the box out, but I want to start one w/o the box. This is when you want to create a new page after having the first note.
