hi , Im working in mobile software for a while now and changed the country lately so in the new country have problem with the new coming mobile devices, they will stop working after a while if u don't register the phone in the mobile network provider that will take a lot of time so I started to repair imei using z3x now the problem with the new coming devices like s5 s6 and A series that u cant repair it so I heard about cert file thing that u can replace it or is there any other way to solve the problem but I didn't found anything useful on the internet about that so anyone can help me to understand changing the cert file process or give other way to do it and what I need to do that and thx

Imei tampering is illegal in most areas and not discussed on XDA.
You'll need to seek help elsewhere.

Hi All,
A few weeks ago I downloaded a small brilliant and useful programme off the net for my XDA2s used for discovering wifi sites in different towns.
I was able to tap in the town In the UK and it would come back and tell me the local sites available (not neccessaraly to connect me) .It appeared many of the towns in the UK were covered.
For the life of me I cannot remember the name of the software and I inadvertantly discarded it....but now wanting to put it back on my XDA2s.
Can any of you knowledgeable guys help me out with the name of the pprogramme I wonder ?...........and of course where I download from ?
Any help would be appreciated.

I thought so initially but I cannot see anywhere in that programme where you enter the names of a uk town unless I am missing something?

I placed a thread before here regarding this issue and i didnt get a feed back at all ., and since this forum is a discussion of wm., and HTC , ill ask a different question .
My HTC pro used as a modem with computer , computer hooked up to a router and the router to a devise communicate with other units on the net using UDP packets.
with HTC no go,at all with Motorola Q wm5. works great ., using pdanet to logg online, same set up ,one work other no.
didnt get help here or there, so i sent an email to HTC ., they replyed the following .
htc with wm 6.1 should work better than wm5.0., asked if i did soft and or hard reboot., i did both in the past few weeks , no luck.
then they say i need to send it for repair ....etc contact communication...etc
is that just the ending for all their letters ., repair .??, as far as i can tell the devise only a month old and works .internet phone ...etc
so do i need to go through all that , or waste of time and cash .

I,ve tried to contact the right page for my problem but its impossible to do it because i am just new.
I just bougt me a toshiba folio, update it with 1,3 still had some lag probs and others things and than i saw there was a new updat (honey)3.0 installed it and works fine. the onley ting i cqnt do is connecting wireless. i have connection but when i want to browse internet i have to register with google account witch i have frome previous version. now it says can not establish connection to the server? wat iha have ! also i have to install flash. please help me? know i have a ****ed up tablet and i saw wat you people can do with your magic! please please please help me

I don't know if XDA is the best place to ask for this but I looked everywhere and could not find a single clue on how to update this device.
It's a navigation device that uses gps, it's korean so the website is really hard to move through. I managed to find a device manager software (also on korean) but as far as I can tell to update my device I need to register it. and it's asking me for a phone number that starts with (010 or 011 or 017 ...) and I have no idea which country is that (presumably korea ?).
anyway the device model is (INAVI KE100) if anyone can help.
