Hi i am new to the site and noticed you have quite a bit of experience with android studio i am new to this, and i am creating my first app hopefully. I have created my main page and a splash screen that part is done. But i would like to know how to create a page which you could add a + to a circle image e.g pointing out distances and then being able to add text by the user e.g if you anyone could help me with the code that would be great has i have looked all over the net looking for some kind of info on doing this but struck out. Has i am trying to make like a reference app putting an x which marks the spot sort of thing if you get my drift.

I’m looking for someone that can write / edit firmware for Android. Specifically the menu that appears after you boot up an Android TV Box. Nothing too complex; I just want to customize the menu for my TV Box. Or if you can point me to any tutorials so that I can do it myself. TIA.

I don't know if that would count as editing the firmware per se, more like hacking an APK (unless it is indeed more low level than an app). In that case, a tool could be helpful.
Not knowing the model name of your TV box means I cannot provide a direct result, but check this forum out:

I'm looking for help and this is the last place i'm having hopes for..
I have native android app that was developed by me. and my company wants to put this app in tablet so then the app has true kiosk mode, loading on the start, auto-updating (somehow?? today I'm checking it with api call and forcing users to go to google play)
The current kiosk mode i have - isn't working that well across all the devices, Some tablets like samsung 8 inchers will cause app to crash on requesting device administrator. Some tablets don't allow me to disable turn the screen back on if user clicked on the button.
We would also like to add some AdMob and AdColony SDK's there but now the issue is that if either of this networks has a link to google play or just a web link it fires intent and kicking chrome instead which knocks my app to the background in some devices.
What do we need to do from here? I mean what do we need to find to get it done? We would be buying some specific tablets for that too so I guess we can modify ROM if that is required but I'm really don't have any clue where to start here.
Any help would be highly appreciated.

There's this great app on the playstore (name in title) that lets you change your popups to look like the achievement unlocked notifs and other such cool popups. Pls check it out. So that app is a demo app which shows how it will look and there is a how to implement section but its difficult to follow for someone with no coding or development experience. I would really like to use it, and it's a great concept, I'm surprised there is no thread about it. Everyone should check it out.
Could someone help with a better guide for getting it on my phone pleeeaaaase?
Just instructions a normal person can follow. I follow them carefully. That's how I rooted my phone.
