In summary, it is still SlimRoms that is compiled with Uber Toolchain.
What makes it even more better -
1. Official slimsaber uses UBERTC4.8 while this rom uses 4.9 version of it for the rom side.
2. Kernel compiled with the latest Linaro 4.9.4 Toolchain.
Note - I in my no sense want to take over this project, i see that ashwin is busy and people wanted a build, so i did. No offence.
What makes different from the official SlimRoms:
Compiled with a custom toolchain, Uber for better performance and battery life.
Compiled with the GCC optimization level -O3.
Compiled with strict-aliasing compiler optimization.
Added ARMv7 optimized string handling routines for more smoothness and memory optimization.
Disabled SQLite fsync to increase I/O performance.
Cherry-picked some AOSP bug and memory leak fixes.
Cherry-picked some KitKat bug and memory leak fixes.
Added RRO Layers support.
Installation instructions:
- Unlock your bootloader
- Full wipe: system, data, cache, dalvik cache.
- Flash the SlimSaber build.
- Flash GAPPs.

PS: in order to upload the build before tomorrow I couldn't recompile everything, so gallery and camera are double, other apps that I wanted to remove are still there and wallpaper + bootanimation aren't changed... I'm sorry... I'll fix them in next build

Only kcal AKA Night light doesn't work, so please fix it in upcoming builds.?
All cores 100% loaded all the time. Govr interactive. No data in Battery usage. Wifi stops. OpenGapps Mini. Pico doesn't work at all. Flash with full wipe. Redmi 3S 3016031 3/32

You can get gapps from opengapps.org
I think you know how to use the Play Store so you can get browser and music player from there.
Charging speed is decent and the BB is same and sometimes even better than all other O Roms.
I really tried but I couldn't understand the last sentence.
Maybe you are asking which Package to use, in that case Nano or Pico is recommended.

A comment my phone was unlocked by IMEI code and after install just get re-locked and when I put the code it stop the an android process, anyway amazing rom.

Yeah it is good ,also AEX 5.8 is nice (arm64) - I returned from AOSP9 and GSI's to old good 8.1 Oreo where all things works
The theme in your screenshots are from the rom or is it a substratum theme?
If it is substratum, what theme is it?
