Video playback issue

Hi, i have been having video playback problems on latest ROMs I've tried... when i try to watch a video i only get sound with no image...currently im running the latest Carbon ROM with elementalx kernel , i try to flash other aosp ROMs (latest versions) and still get this issue...

[Q] nexus 5 lacking hdr plus on cyanogenmod12

i have been running cm12 nightly on lollipop. i installed gaaps. then installed google camera via play store. the gcamera seems to be lacking hdr plus. is there a way to get it. PA has some gcamera modules for 4.4.4 with hdr plus but nothing for lollipop. pls help.

I'm setting up a moto g for a friend as a music player..which rom would you guys suggest? not sure if i should go with a optimised stock 4.4.4 or a custom 4.4.4 rom...or is 5.0.2 stable enough?

Google Music is fine

Rocket Player works best for me.

Is there and update for Tronfy MXIV to Android Lollipop? Currently running 4.4.2

Update Tronfy MXIV to Android Lollipop?
I have a Tronfy MXIV TV box that I got from TinyDeals less than 2 months ago which runs Android 4.4.2. A few weeks ago they started selling an updated version with the name Telos with basically the same specs but comes with Android Lollipop pre-installed. Anyone know if its possible to update mine to Lollipop, either with the Telos firmware or a custom ROM?

Hi Jackiefire. I'm confused because the link on the TinyDeal website is for the update that has been on Tronfy's website since May. It is build number 202k, which is what my MXIV is running. It is Android 4.4.2, not 5.1 Lollipop. Is there something I'm missing?

The only real difference between them both is android 5 & the gibabit Ethernet.
The tronfy you have should soon be upgrade to android 5 so I would not worry too much about it + there are some bugs on the lollipop rom so I would advise you to stick with kitkat for now
Bugs on android 5 lollipop are
BBC iplayer wont work,,You can download stuff but it will not stream

ROMs with Android 5.0 or above?

Got this tablet secondhand for the wife to watch Youtube TV on. Unfortunately it looks like the minimum Android version is 5.0 and the official updates don't go that far.
What stable ROMS of the ones available here are at least 5.0 ?

best running rom on lollipop would be blisspop rom. Since it is also overclocked- thus running smoothly as a buttered crumpet.
