This is indeed the registration for eligibility in testing the Marshmallow ROM.
You need to register on the hwbeta site:

a fair warning to those who intend to join the beta program, once u have updated ur phone to the beta 6.0, you cant flash back to B028.... there are many threads on the official Huawei forum on how users have flashed a leaked beta super buggy 6.0 firmware and not able to revert back to B028 and are in a tight fix...

So you tell me I cant flash Boot.img and recovery.img and then force update the latest Firmware? Sorry you dont have any knowledge about how Android works.

flashing lilipop boot and system will cause bootloap :good: and after force update the last update it will say failed installing with recovery
as i said no way to downgrade even with adb
i know what i am saying

there ways to downgrade on the p8 beta if u dont know it dont talk about it! Huawei released a offical way to downgrade from the Beta!

The beta firmware is locked to the imei number so you can't just flash over with stock rom. They have however release a special rollback firmware for that purpose. Let me know if anyone needs it.

i can install it this rom...
but MT7-TL10 bootloop after install supersu 2.62
please help...
i cant rollback/downgrade to any lollipop rom...
any suggest to make my phone lollipop back...

Why would you flash BETA firmware if you don't know how to roll back to LP? Search for answer on Chinese forum from where you downloaded BETA firmware.

Do you try lastest version of supersu? İ just said do you try it? İ have mt7 tl10. Yours? İf you want to try, you try my method.
You have root access. Change region code, extract update.app and open verlist.img. you must write first line codes to build.prob after ro.display.id=. Then copy update.app your sd card to dload folder. Then update your phone. Maybe it is work

Today Huawei release the first update for eu model DAV-701L. Nothing special, just system and communication signal improvements and google security patches.
The change is visible in custom version-D002.

Just a short question, I want to buy a DAV-701L european model. I read is shipped with android 5.0.1 version. It is upgradable to 5.1.1 via OTA now? Thanks for reply!
DAV 701-L have 5.1.1. This OTA update change nothing.

Try factory reset. If this is useless, i have thailand and tansania versions.
After the update I noticed that my text notifications through my dot matrix case does no appear anymore..hmmm

I need "DAV - 701LV100R001C100B002" too, it´s the european versión. I had it, but i upgraded my p8max to the b005 thailand versión, and i´m not happy with the asian.
If i get the european versión b002, could i downdgrade my phone?? thanks so much!!!!!

My kernel version and custom version is different now with the 2016 update (see attached). The phone is a little smoother now with the new upldate. I didnt saw anything else new yet.

Bigger update then mine first 2016 update (77.04mb)
I used the option unroot in supersu. Didnt root after the update, will do it some day. Don't realy need root now.

Hi,
I updated in my rooted P8 Max DAV-701L without unrooting and resulted in a boot loop. I downloaded the factory firmware, but when trying to flash using SD card & Vol up + Down + Power, it displays error - version mismatch.
I s there any TWRP flashable zip version of stock rom available ?
otherwise how i can unbrick my device ? Please help.
i have a second hand p8max but it says i have a gem-703l and on the back its says dav701l
i have olso the fake 7.0.1. on it try force update but didint work for my sombody a original cust of the dav 701l

Nougat update rollout in india. i got my update this evening via updater app .(volte working fine) .but no other people got the update for nougat . is it takes some time ?

turn on flight mode and restart ur device then off the flight mode and with mobile data reload the updater app one
if this fails u have to wait for a while.

No Nougat for me either. And I never got b150 and b160 updates from updater app. I had to manually install it by downloading firmware from their website.

I talked to Honor support and they didn't even know which is the latest firmware for HONOR 8. I had to educate them on firmware versions and after a request they uploaded b160 firmware on Honor website.
The international support team even know about vulkan and stuff that was coming in EMUI 5 long ago. Indian support team is horrible, uneducated and dumb. Just my opinion! And I'm really disappointed by the kind of service they provide.

?? Yes brow , i did experience the honor drama , once i got a problem i dont know about any thing in bootloop.,,bla.bla.ba..... I just only asked a simple question of where did the service cente available for honor in my city via honor support ... They told a address and i followed ....boom there is no service center and also about around 5 km diameter not even only one shop .. all are filled with vacant land ? ,after searching for 1/2 days i get that they lied to me???.
After one week i searched for the working serrvice center and told them to please update the addresss....
During the one week i know about xda forums they gave a perfect solution for my prob....love xda.?

Edit:: i got a link by logcat my device during update notification and copy the url of update by adb process but the link didn't work via dload and also factory sd card upgrade (*#285....)
